Spaceeba !! My Babushka made the BEST pelmeni and piroshki in the world ! Authentic Russian food. All by hand. Hand ground beef and pork, dough. Everything. It would take her all day, about 8 hours to make 200 piroshki. Ohhh, the BEST ever. Her pelmeni was legendary. Then, fried pelmeni for breakfast the next day ! OMG Sooo good !

Yeah! Best thing is that you can store them in the fridge for almost a year! In case of emergency!
