The Secrets behind the best Béchamel/ White Sauce

- What are the secrets behind one of the world’s most known white sauce?
One of the biggest surprises is how easy it is to make this game changer!
All you need for the basic recipe (aka Golden Rule):
100 gr of butter
100gr of Flour
1L of Milk
If you want to show off and boost your skills you may also add:
1 stockpot
A pinch of nutmeg
1 tbsp of heavy cream to enrich the flavor.
White sauce or Bechamel is used in many dishes: fish, seafood, vegetables, poultry, English pies, french pies, lasagna, sauces for pasta, soup base, pre-workout mix, after workout meal, toothpaste, shower gel, shaving cream, concrete mix, substitute for champagne, substitute for your wife, substitute for your job and a base for desserts!

Anytime I make it it always taste bad what am I doing wrong?
How bad ? Is it burned ? Or the texture is not right ?
Try with a lower heat, it will take slightly longer, but you will have some time in case you made a mistake
