Harry Potter Special: Rock Cakes

July 31 is Harry Potter's Birthday ( he is actually turning 40 years old in 2020). This recipe of rock cakes is dedicated to the Harry Potter universe. Hagrid used to bake rock cakes for Harry Potter, so why wouldn't you?
The recipe is quite simple however you will need some ingredients:
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp of salt
100 gr of butter
1 large egg
1/3 cup whole milk
1 cup of raisins
Once you have mixed all the ingredients you from 8 scoops on the baking tray ( Don't forget to grease it) and you send it to the oven 180 C for 25 mins and you have your lovely rock cakes!
The whole process of making Harry Potter rock cakes takes around 30 mins.

How do you figure that Harry Potter is 40 years old in 2020? The first book came out in 1997 - and then the character was around 12 or 13. 23 years later Harry would be 35-36 years old. J.K. Rowling invented the charater Harry Potter in her mind in 1990 - let's say Harry was 12 then, too. That would make Harry 42 years old today.
