    This recipe of Veal Shank cuts or Jarret de Veau will take around 2 hours, BUT your presence there will be only the first 15 mins and you will be free to do anything you feel like!
    Meat and veggies are the basics of any normal human being.
    To Cook Veal Shank or Jarret de Veau I used:
    3 cuts of Veal Shank or Jarret de Veau
    1 stem of celery and half of Fennel
    2 Carrots and 1 Bell Pepper.
    Garlic and Chilli pepper ( up to your taste)
    1L Veal Stock
    Olive oil, Salt and Pepper
