- Have you ever wondered how to make perfect chocolate chip cookies with a Michelin Star's touch? It has never been easier.
This secret ingredient in this recipe of chocolate chip cookies is so easy, that everyone will be able to do it at home!
For this recipe of the perfect chocolate chip cookies you will need the following ingredients:
1/2 cup of white sugar
3/4 cup of brown sugar
A pinch of salt (half a teaspoon)
1 egg
1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract
1 tsp of Coffee
1/2 tsp of baking soda
A LOT OF CHOCOLATE
100 gr Beurre Noisette.
To do a Beurre Noisette all you have to do is to watch your butter melt on medium heat in the saucepan. Once, the butter starts to change its color - it's ready!
Once you mixed all the ingredients, put 6 equal scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough on the baking tray and send them into preheated to 180C oven for 12-15 minutes.
You don't need to have any special equipment if you have at least one hand- it will do.

I’m in Washington State and things are pretty stable here. I think we are seeing spikes in places due to increased testing and protesters not being safe. It will all sort itself out. I’m not worried personally. My community has literally no one in the hospital and even if I do contract the virus the odds on dying are extremely low. It’s being used as a political tool in my opinion to hold back the economy in an effort to make Trump look bad. Very sad.

For the Beurre Noisette, is that 100g of Butter turned into Beurre Noisette, or is that 100g after the water is boiled out of the Butter?
