- Hi all,
I would like to show you a well-known method "Hedgehog". It is used to add moisture to your bird, using toothpicks. They absorb the liquid from your solution and transport it to the muscles of the bird, tenderizing and moisturizing the meat. The end results are staggering and I highly recommend you try it back home!

Oh yeah ! I was amazed by the results to be honest. It should work with any kind of bird and I highly recommend you to try it. The difference is huge !
