How to Make The Most Dangerous Milk Bread (It Tastes So Good, You Won't Be Able to Stop Eating!)

    Just follow some simple rules to make the best milk bread in the world!
    1. Make a warm jacuzzi for your yeast before anything else, it will take 10 minutes to get foamy.
    2. It doesn't matter how you make the dough, mixer or your hands work exactly the same way.
    3. The first proofing is 2 hours. Second proofing 30 mins.
    4. A microwave or cold oven is the ideal place to store your dough while it's rising.
    5. Be patient and it will pay off!
    Here are the ingredients you will need to make the best milk bread:
    Jacuzzi for the yeast:
    1 cup (200ml) of warm milk.
    1 sachet of dry yeast.
    1 tbsp of sugar.
    Dough:
    3 cups of all-purpose flour (+1 extra cup while kneading)
    50 gr of sugar
    1 tsp of salt
    1 large egg
    75 gr of melted butter.
    Eggwash:
    1 egg
    a splash of milk.
    First, you activate your yeast, by mixing it with warm milk and sugar and set it aside for 10-15 mins until foamy. After that, you mix 3 cups of flour, 50 gr of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, 1 large egg, and 75 gr of melted butter. You add your yeast mixture into a dough. While kneading the dough add 1 extra cup of flour a bit by a bit.
    Once your dough is ready, set it aside for 2 hours for the first proofing in a dry warm and place (the microwave or the oven will work well for it).
    After 2 hours, release some extra gas from the dough and roll it out. Once rolled and cut into pieces, put them into baking trays and set them aside in a dry and warm place for 30 minutes (Second proofing).
    Make an eggwash, apply it on your loaves and send them to the oven for 180C 20 mins.

      Hey, sure! 1 cup is roughly 120gr. So, first you mix 360 gr with other ingredients, and than you add the last 120 gr while kneading. In total it’s roughly 500gr of flour.
