  • There are not that many things better to do than a Sunday roast of the Leg of Lamb. First of all, a made a pillow of Mint, Rosemary and Thyme, mixed up with oil, so the aromas infuse perfectly with each other. After that, I added garlic slices inside the meat (garlic gives a unique aroma and makes it sweeter). Some chili and smoked paprika will make this leg even better. I finished it up with the same herbs: Mint, Rosemary and Thyme.
    As a result, we received a very tender and juicy meat that will make your day better!
