2. good for blood sugar balance.
3. help reduce blood pressure.
4. Contain choline, which is a brain booster.
5. Help maintain bone mass.
Walnut
1. It contains Omega 3 or Alpha-linoleic Acid.
2. Vitamin E, antioxidant.
3. Support healthy aging and fights against Dementia.
4. Our brains love walnuts.
Raisins
1. Source of Iron and copper
2. Prevents cramping
3. Help with digestion
4. Fight again cancer cells
5. Protect Eye cells
Prunes ( dried plums)
