Should I tell HR during the interview that I need time for self-study (exams)? 2. Do companies usually offer weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) for studying? 3. @Manohar, I'm serving NP, only few days remaining . Manager denied for Onsite/release despite having H1B Visa with me. Now, they tried to retain me for 40% hike on current salary (having offer for 70%),given I do not ask for onsite/release for next 1 year. Also, they've agreed to release me for Onsite when I rejected their hike proposal. Could you plz guide me which would be the best option to consider at this moment. Thanks!

I mean the amount of DSA required at fresher level would not be asked to a 10 years experience guy. So if you can make a video on this, then it would be helpful.

Let me tell you what they scumbugs are doing I am in a digital cadre, before releasing the results of digital they told us Gen ai E0 competancy is mandatory to see the digital result🤡🤡 And in that E0 course nothing is there , only basic Gpt mcqs qn which are easily avail on telegram I also completed that course in 3 mins🤡 and i am Ai ready workforce according to them🤡 Literally the worst IT company in IT industries in every aspect Technology, growth, hikes, toxic culture, politics I am begging to freshers my friend dont join this sh*t company ever I am a digital candidate , taking almost 60k per month with 3 yr exp , but still i am telling dont join this L company🙏

Batra jee, I'm from Korba Chhattisgarh, recently Parul University had putted one hoarding of Engineers at CSEB chowk, working in MS, AMZ, APL, GOG kind showing there, just now I checked 4 of them out of 6 over linkedIn, there education, none of them completed anything of the degree from Parul University, I don't know from where these firms get the courage to show lies publicly.

DSA is there to eradicate competition/weaklings. People capable of solving leet code are mostly consistent in their activities and that is what a company needs from an employee. I know DSA is no use when it comes to real-time jobs but if there are 1000 applicants for 100 posts then what will companies do?
