    TCS won't ask you to resign. They will compel
    you to resign by bringing non sense policies and asking to follow.
    I was going to office 3 days/week, doing good in my project.
    My Lead, manager is also happy with my work. Still I got 1% hike saying you are following RTO policy to do WFO.

    AI is a supermassive hype! The main reason for layoffs is that the US economy is collapsing and hence the massive layoffs. With massive budget cuts, the Indian IT service sector which is heavily dependent on the US clients will be badly hit!

    Hello sir,I am a 2022 BE passout, i am working for project in TCS from 16 months, now I want release from the project as I want to switch technology and also got C band in this appraisal for asking release. Now the manager is saying no release before 3 years and HR is also supporting him and sending me behavioural issues mail...
    Please guide me , as I don't want to work in the project

    I myself currently working at Infosys.
    Actually in Infosys emolpyees are not resigning by themselves, but infosys asking them for forced self resignation.
    This is a new way of firing employees.
    Infosys has hired more 80000 freshers during 2021, 22. More than 40000 freshers are still on bench from last 2 years. Bench from 2 years is almost like unemployment. Now infosys asking bench employees to take in person assessments. Eventhough we clear in person assessments, still there is no project opportunity. Instead of that HR is sending employee contract discussion mail for self resign.

    Sir I joined one company and getting 11,300 from one year..there are many people who working since 2 year at in hand salary 13000 per month it aquir by mnc aurionpro but still salary is same.....what you will suggest for me......

    Sometime ..... they put you in bench and asked a 3YOE guy to have 5YOE, and as you wouldn't fit in that category, they will ask to resign with 3 month of salary or they can terminate.
    Looks like threatening legally

    Another scam going on in TCS is the promotion ...when you get promoted to BPO5 your salary is increased in quaterly variable allowance , however we get just 50% of the QVA even if the unit performs good ...its a big scam
