No don't let companies open more offices in Delhi gurugram banglore Hyderabad chennai Pune Mumbai. Our country is so big but still we have less than 10 tier 1 cities with major jobs so focus on creating jobs outside these cities. Don't let anything open new in this cities and give rebate in taxes to companies who open offices outside these cities in tier 2,3 cities. Also make laws strict to not let land prices of those tier 2,3 cities escalate at very high rate. Don't let people do multiple investment in one city. Make laws regarding this and develop cities in Madhya Pradesh, chattisgarh, Bihar, Punjab, J&K etc such states so that there should be decentralised growth. I ln Delhi for eg take Delhi University out of Delhi in some nearby village allot huge land to it and shut down all colleges operating in Delhi. Take similar steps

Govt is happy with high rent. Govt wants people to pay higher taxes, high toll tax, higher taxes for car, higher fares for train. Govt wants to increase the prices of everything. Higher prices will increase GST collection which will increase the revenue of govt. Then politicians can live a decent life, they will get good salaries, good pensions for 5 years working. Politicians works for their interests only. They don't think about common man. So Please dont depend upon govt to solve the issue for you. You have to stand yourself to sort out this issue.

Govt is taking around 5 lakhs as income tax from us for every year but giving nothing to middle class and salaried. Its reality. Doing nothing for salaried. Modi ji is only saying that those who are paying income tax they are doing "punya Karma and getting dharma" as a return. Its just like criticizing to the tax payers.

Remote areas mein Companies/ industries ko plant ya project set up karne ke liye tax incentive dena chahiye. Iski vajah gaon ya undeveloped area ke logon ko rozgar milega, sheheron mein congestion kam hoga aur real estate ki demand kam hogi to rent bhi control mein aayega. Apartment prices have increased drastically, when the flats are newly handed, the rent is too low due to lack of infra around the flat. Owners pay 40-50k in emi and get a rent of 11-13k... Now that makes no sense.. such flat prices do not even appreciate for next 5-6 years Atleast if you want to resell it.
So problems owners ke end pe bhi hai. Unhone dusron ki bhalai ke liye 20 saal ki EMI pe flat nahi lia hai, wo bhi unki salary se lia jata hai..

One of the reason for increase in rent is lack of awareness about rent agreement. Go into the details of agreement. Get it checked by your lawyer.
Increase in rent every year is very high. Check how big firms take properties on rent and how they demand facilities.
Be a good tenant, always pay rent on time, may what come.
Your behaviour should not harm the reputation of landlord.
People will contact you to come to their property.
    Your credibility matters lot.
