How to deal with a technical lead who doesnt guide you doesnt discuss technical solutions..but in front of manager says few random knowledge line like check query etc and also blames you for failures and make you look weak in front of manager. While on personal doesnt answer your queries.
This is a 1 year old project and you are new to it. Rest of the team members have half knowledge

Knowledgeable and loyal is not good for everyone..ajkl big MNC me managers to kahin aur ke hote hain and aap kahin aur se kaam krte hain..so itna kuch bhala nhi hota.. knowledgeable and loyal hone se..😅😅
I worked at wipro and i was able to complete work and handle escalation and all have good bonding with my manager. One time there was a huge escalation in cutomer side other team told it was my fault as my script did not work. And my manager replied agar "irshad ki galti hogi to mai apne upar lunga escalation" he supported me in front of everyone. Luckily i got the mail. Just before the db was down and my script was fine i showed them then the way he bashed them other team that they did not check proper alert that was my best corporate moment i have. Though not in wipro anymore but still in touch.

Hello Bhaiya, please make a video about TCS and its management. It is becoming worse day by day. What they say in a press conference and in the real picture, it's totally different. Even all the newspapers and channels are spreading fake news about TCS. The new CEO is the worst and its management has no vision. All TCSers should raise their voice. We want this issue which is going on needs to be highlighted. At last in India there is no strict labour law. That's why we all are working in IT sector facing lots of issues. I hope your video may help. Looking forward to exposing TCS. TCS is the biggest scam in India.
