    It is advised to be retained in senior level, i have heard sometime later you can be on their radar.

    If your experience is 5 to 7+ years this is 100% true as you are already in higher salary bracket and its sometimes best decision to get retained in long term view.
    For 2-3 yrs experience it doesn't matter as the MNCs have a salary band beyond which they won't budge

    Naya trend aya hai infosys vale project refuse kiya to pip mai dal rahe.vo specific manager.vo bhi project support vala tha but banda etl developer tha.

    Bilkul sahi Manohar bhai. Mere saath yehi hua hai. I got promotion and hike as well. My entire team left job for high package. I kept my patience and built strong relationship with manager and Client dependency. I am satisfied though I am on lesser package. Atleast I have job security atleast for 2 years. New tool implementation is awaiting next year. Client recommended my name to be part of entire implementation.

    I would like to request you to answer a small doubt.
    I work at X company and get an offer from Y company that needs 3 YOE, since they did not mention not to so I included my 4 months Internship as well including which it completes 3 YOE.
    Y provided a DOJ which is 90 days after giving the offer.
    So now even if I exclude internship what I see, there is still 1 month gap for 3 YOE.
    Will my BGV fail or is there any threat of revoking the offer?
    X,Y are service based companies.

    to manager US chala gaya aapka baad me to isase aapke resign karne ka kya link hai ? Yes you should have talked to your manager agree but that doesnt mean what you did was wrong. what if you stayed back after listening to him and after 6 months he himself switched other company. Never take career decision based on just manager relationship. Have a horizontal approach towards career

      @@WatchEverything1 Bhai...agar company bande ko khud nikal dene ke baad bhi Exit interview jaisi formality kar rahi hai aur us par puch rahi hai ki 'would you like to be retained' ? to bhai...meri samajh me isse badi h@rampanti kuch bhi nahi ho sakti company ke taraf se.
