I am having 19 years of experience, don't worry about the life try saving as much as possible, try switching , don't worry about these things life goes in cycle.
Accepted even I started my career in 2014 and lots of things got changed in company expectations and latest tech skills …you need to be learner no matter what’s your current package and company where you have been working
90 days notice is killing all my opportunities , as soon as i say 90 days notice i will try to negotiate , never hear back from the hr , one interviewer didnt ask about notice , cleared all rounds of interview after that asked me notice and then is not calling back now everyone wants immediate joiner but when it is time to let the employee go they want us to serve 90 days in this tough market.
Very less people are talking about 90 days notice period issue😢
@@raghavsridhar really no one is talking about it , they only give generic advice , but this is a genuine issue for people trying to switch, but no one talks about it and will strat giving out benefits for 3 months notice period
@@ninjamoshi5708 generic advise literally doesn't work now a days everyone wants immediate joiner but they have 90 days notice, for the sake of experience letter people are keeping their mouth shut, I'm jobless since last 4 months and because of this 90 days notice I had to quit job and then search but there's no openings now
All have become smart like employees.
These things came into existence once employees start getting multiple offers based on their current offers.
Now employees r suffering the consequences of their own actions.
10-12 days notice period…LOL
So as to make sure Employees don’t get more than 20% hike and multiple options.
@@SandeepKumar-gx6yz half of the problems can be solved if notice period is reduced to 30 days, when banks which handle crores of rupees daily handle physical cash can reduce notice period then why not IT companies

HR from an organisation threatened me saying they will spread a bad name on me for not joining their company. I received an offer twice than they had offered me. Will it be a problem if I don't join the organisation?
( I received another offer 8 days before the joining date of this other company and it's much better in compensation and location)

Mera question hai 4 year maine indian company me work kiya jo mere pf portal pe hai.
Phir maine bahar ke company me jo mere pf portal pe nahi.
Isse mere career me gap to show nahi hoga kyuki bahar ki company pf portal pe update nahi karte.
hoga agar pf portal pe na ho to sari pay slip, compensation letter , releiving letter , aur form 16 to every compny will consider
