DSA is there to eradicate competition/weaklings. People capable of solving leet code are mostly consistent in their activities and that is what a company needs from an employee.
I know DSA is no use when it comes to real-time jobs but if there are 1000 applicants for 100 posts then what will companies do?

Hi Manohar, I am a regular follower of your videos and keep learning from them. I want to know how much DSA is required to crack interviews at each career level. I mean the amount of DSA required at fresher level would not be asked to a 10 years experience guy. So if you can make a video on this, then it would be helpful.

Great video! Just graduated in Civil Engineering (2021) but I've been prepping for government exams for 3 years. Now I'm 27 so I need a job ASAP, so I'm learning Java. Long-term goal is still government civil engineering, but worried about balancing work and studying.
**Questions:**
1. Should I tell HR during the interview that I need time for self-study (exams)?
2. Do companies usually offer weekends off (Saturday & Sunday) for studying?
3. Any tips on how to stay skilled and avoid layoffs in an IT company?
Wondering if i can really find a companies that fits my needs. Any advice would be a huge help!

Batra jee, I'm from Korba Chhattisgarh, recently Parul University had putted one hoarding of Engineers at CSEB chowk, working in MS, AMZ, APL, GOG kind showing there, just now I checked 4 of them out of 6 over linkedIn, there education, none of them completed anything of the degree from Parul University, I don't know from where these firms get the courage to show lies publicly.

It's not important video. DSA ka hawa bana rahe hai sab. Sabko sarji 50 lpa package nhi chahiye hoti hai. Kuchh middle class ldke hote hai aur wo 3 tier college se hai... Waiso ke liye 5 yoe pe 10-15 lpa bhi hai, they will be happy. Please don't spread misleading things, sabko faang nhi chahiye
