Sir what does accepting an offer means? Are we tied to join the company or we are also free to join another company which we find suitable later.
sir we can now self update the last date in epfo portal , no need to wait for th company to put last date , we just have to wait one month from the last date when the company paid the pf amount , since they will not put the pf next month in 1 month we can self update the last date
No it's not possible to update it .... Those Access holding by HR team only.

@@Lorenzo_786 bro i resigned from prevoius company and got my reliving letter but they have not still marked date of exist on epfo portal and i can also mark it but my 2 months are not over and in between i have to join anaother mnc so will it create problem or not?

Hi Sir I have absconded from company a due to medical issue and didn’t get the experience letter but they have mentioned last working day in pf portal and I have joined to next company after 3 months and they didn’t create any issue as I haven’t show that experience it was my second company (company a) and I have worked with 3rd company for 2 years and now have joined to 4th company and they are asking the experience letter of company a that I can’t show to them and Bgv get failed, in that case I can’t get the mnc job in my future career due to to one mistake that comes due to unavoidable circumstances at the Covid time?

sir iska btao mai ek company me kaam krta hoon, maine doosri company se offer liya as fresher unhone mera new UAN no. generate kr diya, and current company ne pehle se hee kr rakha hai, mai new company 3 din gya fr maine unko mna kr diya or pichli me EL lga di , ab epfo me uska new UAN show ho rha hai .
Agar resign kar diya bina job mile aur interview call me HR me puccha ki bina job mile job kyun chhod di to iska kya jawaab dena chahiye?

Absconding tho kiya nahi formally release liya resignation dalke and notice period unhone reduce kiya because there was no dependency and sirf 2 weeks work kiya vaha and also got reliving letter from them and there is no overlapping in epfo portal. Next week se dusre company me work chalu kar diya
What is the permanent solutuon on dual employment, as it will not deleted from the epfo portal service history will remain life long.
So dual employment will never get job, or they have to keep on switching.

tell them that you absconded so they have not provided an experienc letter to you. if the company is having a problem then do not wait for that company, look for next one.

Yes
20 days is negligible ...u can inform the joining company like previous company updated it lately it's HR mistake. If they need more insights u can get confirmation email from the HR.

I had refused the company about my availability to join them, they also accepted, but they put a record in EPFO on same dat of join as my current org. They put end date after 9 days. they didnt put any money in that account. will it cause problem in my next search
I don't think so... You are already employed. Later if anyone points out, you can tell them. Rules for employees are really chuttiya in India. Employers are very cruckid. Don't worry...
