Aaj ke video me mai aap sab ko EMPLOYEE के ABSCOND होने पर COMPANIES क्या ACTION लेती है ke bare me puri jankari di hai. Sath hai maine bataya hi ki companies kya legal action employees ke against le sacti hai.

Sir i have worked in a bpo company for 1.5yrs and then for personal reason i left and joined another company as experienced. As i have offer letter and payslips , previous company marked me abscond so in present company is there any possibilities to find out me abscond.

Sir i directly resign because of my health issues without completing 15 days notice they absconded me and telling me to pay the company PF ammount and loss of pay and i was on GET role.. Hello sir, Maine ek life insurance company Mai join Kiya tha but probation period Mai hi chod diya. 25 days kaam Kiya tha and utna hi salary withdraw Kiya tha. But notice period 15 days serve nhi Kiya . Now company taraf se email and postal letter aarah hai settlement kliye 6000/- pay karne ka otherwise legal action lenge. What should I do. Help me.

Madical reason tha to mene company ko resign de diya lekin 3 month notic perioud nahi bhara to company mere se pese demand kar rahi he lekin mene pese nahi diye to company muj pe ky legal action le sakti he???

The medical reason was that I resigned from the company but 3 months notice period was not filled, the company is demanding money from me but I did not pay the company, what legal action can it take against me???
What company is asking is called notice pay recovery amount which is legal. So yes they can take you to court.

Unko bolo ki mera sab sahi hone k baad abscond aap nahi dekha sacte hi. Aur agar mail dalne ki baat karte hi to bolo ki aap HR hai ye mail aap ki taraf se jana chahiye aur abscond hatane ki demand kare agar phir bhi baat naa bane tab labour court ko approch kare.

Even confirmation letter v nai mila tha only ak appointment letter mila tha usme kahi notice period mention nai tha... Toh mane av wo company chord di resignation mail dala Or uske agle din laptop and other accessories de ke agaya..... Lekin company av mujhe mail kar rahi ha fake alligation laga rahi ha ki mane office ka laptop and other accessories nai diya wo de jane and pending job complete karne notice period serve karne.... So is case ma... Ma kya karu.... Maine kisi v tarah ka koi paper sign nahi kiya hu jisma iye likha ho ki mujhe notice period serve karna hoga.... So isme kiya kare sir?
Is case me laptop aur baki accessories ki recieving apne pass rakho aur labour court me complain karo.
