I am telling you guys this is gold, one of my friend tries to find actual project and just created clone of project and contacted manager via team with his portfolio within 1 week he was allocated project while he was on bench for 2 months, so we need to reach out to manager with our work and definitely will get project or worst case you have 1 more project in your project it just win win for us , Best of luck

I got release from my last project which was support project in JAVA , I had to fight with my Manager to get me release, At one point i stopped accepting calls from my manager and team. (FYI - it was very toxic team environment and project, I worked in the project for 2 years),
Company sent me to bench, spent 4 months on bench
Now I got a New development project in JAVA in same company, I like working in this new Development project.

Fact of the matter is bench pe kyun dala jata hai, jis employee ne aapka interview aur client round dono clear kiya ho woh toh already competent hai. Cost cutting mein bali k bakra employee kyun bane. Hamari sarkaar to vote ko lekar busy rehti hai. Galat tarike se logon ka layoff ho raha where is the voice of protest. Ek ad company ko show cause notice kyu nahi bhejti hai..

Hello Sir, I have attended interview in TCS and HR confirmed that I am selected and they have asked few queries and I have shared the details. Now today I called hr and she confirmed that she doesn't want to proceed further with my profile since I have received an offer 1.5 years back and I have not joined after accepting it. Is there any such hr policy? How can I get the offer?
Is it I know my friend gave an interview and he is in a similar situation waiting for the hr call after submitting documents, after giving your docs how many days does it took for the hr to inform you? And did you call her to confirm this or hr responded by themselves
