I have a question regarding my notice period. Currently, I have a 90-day notice period at my service-based company, of which I've already served 50 days. My last working day is on May 11th, which falls on a Saturday. However, I work weekends and have Thursday and Friday off. I need to join a new company on May 13th. Since I'm scheduled to work on May 11th, there won't be anyone in the office to return client laptops and accessories, as most people have their days off. I informed my manager about this, and he suggested returning the equipment on May 10th, which is a Friday. I'm worried if this will affect my ability to obtain a relieving letter. Could you please provide guidance on this matter?

Sir i work in TCS around 8 yr 7 month but my manager didn't gave me any promotion withing that period he only giving me 3% hike so in appraisal period i asked question to company why am i not eligible for c2 grade so they have done mental harassment with me & because of that from last year i face medical problem & taking medical treatment. So I left my job in jul 23 without any offer because of mental harassment but now i am trying to search new job but no one giving me job opportunity i have attend around 15 interviews within that they asked me only basic things which i explain to them properly but still they are giving rejection to me, i am so much worried about me career now it's 9 month completed for my career gap please help me sir i am the only person who earn money for my family please reply me sir

I do have ~9 yoe and having experience in .Net Core, Web API, ReactJS, Azure PaaS, Azure DevOps, YAML and Microservices - Docker, Kubernates & Helm. How to target good companies and which strategy will work.
