Is it matter we are working in MNC will give us more growth or switch easily? I have servered 7 year in MNC but with very less pay now i switched but getting offer from MNC with same package but if i leave existing company i have to pay 4.5 lakhs,and MNC are not giving any additional perk

Lay off agar hona aage dikh raha hai to pehle hi resignation ready rakho after discussion with HR. If PF is not there then hide that company otherwise tell new company HR that you voluntarily left that company due to some relevant considerable issues.

Sir i want to ask you an important question. I completed 12 th std in 2021 and i lost 3 years under neet preparation unfortunately i could n't crack neet. So i joined engineering after 3 years. so during campus placements will companies reject me because of this education gap.. 3 yrs.. 😭 i have seen many company eligibility criteria that they won't allow candidates with career gap more than 2 yrs.. Will this be a permanent criteria. Will this prevent me from getting job after my course forever sir.. 😭 please respond
Don't worry about these things bro. In off campus placement infinite numbers of companies are there and most of them are only interested in your skills not in your education gap. So what ever mistakes you have done during your neet prep don't repeat those again and be serious about your life, you may have to start from a low salary but eventually you will meet your goal. I had 2 years gap after 12 and 2 years after grad. But they didn't even asked me about these gaps directly jump on the technical part.
Happiness is not really possible here.... It will always be compromised
