Dude, this routine does give you strenght. Like the first time I tried it last week, maybe on tuesday, I would last like 2 minutes into it. Now I'm on seven and half lol I don't know how I'm typing this with the amount of heat I'm feeling on both of my elbows atm haha

@@yuh2597 i know you asked this 9 months ago but I'd recommend stretching before any exercise tbh (except with certain weight lifting exercises)thats at least what my sports teacher taught us to do.
im literally on day two and my collarbones are so defined. this burns but it’s so good

I’m doing both parts Rn + 100 crunches, 30 leg raises and 40 mountain climbers + 40 sec plank,
Results I’ve seen from this workout, I’ve been doing this for 5 days,
Stronger arms I’m able to do these so much more easier since these do help thin the biceps and also to help build muscle in your arms,
My biceps generally seem thinner my beceps are kind of round and chubby not rlly that big, but they seem like 1 inch smaller and I’m loving it! I’m gonna do this for another week or two so I’ll be even more happy with my arms! I’m rlly happy to see how much more results I can get since these do give you MANY results if you do these consistently and do both parts. I’m also

Day #1- ✅ IT BURNED SO MUCH AND I ONLY PUT MY ARMS DOWN ONCE!
Day #2- ✅ put my arms down like 5 times, definitely was harder then yesterday I honestly think I put more effort then I did yesterday too.
Day #3- ✅ put my arms down like 2 times no difference same as yesterday ngl.
Day #4- ✅ did it earlier today cus I'm going to a party at the usual time I do it. Definitely felt the burn, there is a slight difference and I feel different. / Day #4 edit: yeah.. so I ended up doing this exercise 3 more times...and there is no difference, hope I see one tomorrow morning or I'ma be really disappointed 😔
Day #5- ✅ slight difference not the kinda difference that anyone can notice tho.
Day #6- ✅ felt good, didn't put my arms down, might also do a few more of her arm exercises today
Day #7- ✅ Done with week #1! Never burned this much before, I ended up doing 3 extreme exercises yesterday and my body is really sore today! 🔥
Took a 2 day break! Might take 2 day breaks at the end of every week. ( this is week 2 of my arm journey. Bc I did another exercise before this one for a week.I have 6 weeks to go!)

I've been doing Part 1 for 2 days and this is me doing both part 1 and part 2 together untill I see results that i am satisfied with.

Day 4: ✅ (put a little pressure in my neck and ended up having a slight neck pain today)
