Pregnancy Warming Up Cardio Workout Prenatal 1st & 2nd Trimester 10 MIN / Nina Dapper
Hi loves, welcome to my cardio pregnancy workout! This workout is a cardio workout, great to follow during your 1st and 2nd trimester in the pregnancy. A few things I find important to mention before doing this workout:
1. Listen to your body! Not feeling great? Do you feel nausea, dizzy, our of breath or in pain? Please stop the workout
2. Food & Hydration. Always eat and drink something before the workout and have water with you to drink during the workout
3. Be gentle and slowly with switching positions
4. Pause the video if your heart rate feels too high or if you need a break
5. Don’t workout above your pre-pregnancy fitness level. If a workout feels too hard - listen to that!
This workout is in collaboration with a physical therapist Annette van Rossem who is specialized in the pregnant women. If you are dutch: go have a look at her website and never hesitate to book a session (www.zwangerfiteindhoven.nl).

My name is Nina Dapper, 28 years old and born in The Netherlands. I am an international high fashion model and walk the runways in New York and Paris. I also build my own business as an online professional lifestyle coach, with which I coach women and girls towards their goals with a healthy lifestyle and mindset.

    Congratulations dear Nina! I'm happy you are feeling better! I loved being pregnant, way back in the day. Once the 1st trimester was over my energy came back. I'm now 67 and I thought "well, she's pregnant and doing these exercises so I'm getting on the floor and trying, too!" The side planks are hard and my legs sure didn't get as high as yours, but I did them. It will be fun to watch you and baby grow! Bless you both ❤
