How many days a week should you do this exercises to lose weight? I do it every other day. is it ok?
to have better results you could do this workout every other day + add a few more. i workout every other day with nina videos and i made a few playlists which contain videos that in summary have 1 hour (sometimes 10min×6, sometimes 20min +10min + 2×15min). i gotta tell you, the results are incredible. i've never felt this strong in my body before. if you wanna lose weight you gotta watch the calorie deficit tho 😊
