    Just wanted to thank you, your leg routines completely changed me and after almost my entire life being overweight with my legs being my biggest insecurity i finally have slim legs and I’m at a healthy weight :)

    I did your inner and outer thigh workout it worked
    I did your lower abs and waist workout and it also worked
    Did your arms and shoulders workout it too worked
    Did this workout for the first time for my hips today and hoping that I will get results

      @@tanisharajdeoso, i basically do three main vdos, which are inner and outer thigh(17min), hip slimming(10min), and slim hips & model legs(15min). sorry for the late reply t-t i just saw the notification

    Day 1: ✅ It was very hard because I did after yours Visible Ab Lines & Lower Abs Workouts 10 Minutes.
    Day 2: ✅ It was very enjoyable!
    Day 3: ✅ It was easy.
    Day 4: ✅ Very easy.
    Day 5: ✅ It was very easy and enjoyable!

    I will be doing this workout for 2 weeks and ill show my journey !!
    Day 1: you could feel the burn but overall was pretty easy 😎
    Day 2: it got much more easier, still some burning feelings but I accomplished it !
    Day 3: actually wasn’t as painful today so it went pretty smooth 😁👍🏻
    Day 4: almost the end of the week, today went smooth again. If you guys are doing this work out and don't have the will power remember that you can do anything and can do this.
    Also I don't diet I just eat anything under 1,200 calories, but what back away from is soda, candy, and chips.
    But if you want to eat those go ahead! Just try to maintain the 1,200 calories.
    Day 5: I was pretty sore today but I did it!! Remember guys u can do this ᕙ(*•̀ᗜ•́*)ᕗ
    Day 6: yass finished it was kinda tiring 😝😝
    Day 7: finished again kinda hard but I was super sore today so there was a struggle

    love ur vids but could you do one that doesnt involve legs so much but still
    helps with your abs? im a double amputee so my legs bend involuntarily and i cant seem to find a routine that will work. Also im 27 ish inches around the waist and trying to become a model so i want to get a flat stomach and a small size waist

    Martes: 58 siento que esto será muy efectivo
    Miércoles 57 CM!! No lo creooo 💕
    Jueves: lo hice 3 veces
    Viernes: lo hice 2 veces
    Sábado: lo hice 3
    Domingo: Descanse pero mis muslos ahora miden 54cm! No me lo creo inténtelo 100% recomendado
    Caderas antes: 108
    Después: 104

      @@user-hk3vr1fp5h Siii, mi metabolismo antes era muy lento, y empezé a comer saludable y gracias a los ejercicios de Nina, Shirlyn Kim, Daisy Keech y Madfit pasé de pesar 76kg a 63 en 1 año 💕, ahora cómo de todo, solo no en exceso te recomiendo comer saludable y 2-3 veces a la semana comer lo que quieras, no en exceso y no te obsesiones ;(, los pilates también son buenos, no te enfoques en medidas ni en tu peso, si use una dieta, pero por mi nutriólogo, solo te recomiendo comer saludable, ¡Suerte!

      It takes A LOT OF efforts EVERYDAY and weight training on legs to be “bulky” if you are full of fat don’t even worry about getting bulky 😂

    Trying this workout as long I can
    Day 1✅:it’s was so hard I don’t know how to explain
    Day2✅:it’s was hard but I’m seeing a little bit change My thigh didn’t had that much gap.
    Day3✅: I didn’t see a difference today but I hope I will.
    Day4✅:today it wasn’t really hard I also see a big different I am really happy
    Day 5✅:okey today workout was a little hard also it used to hurt when I walk but now it doesn’t hurt and the different is same as yesterday
    Day6✅:today I didn’t do the full workout but I did a little bit
    Day7✅

    Hey nina im new to this channel im 12 and 46 kg but im trying really hard to get skinnier but nothing seems to word on my inner thights and hips and stomach a little im really looking forward to becomg 40 kg because im not really satisfied with my body and i feel uncomfortable in clothing that are tight please answer if you can 💗

      hey i just want to tell you you're still a kid and your body will change a lot while you're growing up, don't worry about losing weight or gaining at 12 since that will change with time and if you do this workouts for your health rn and not to loose you'll achieve your goal body later more easier
