I did your inner and outer thigh workout it worked
I did your lower abs and waist workout and it also worked
Did your arms and shoulders workout it too worked

I do that with a diet
I will be doing this workout for 2 weeks and ill show my journey !!
Day 1: you could feel the burn but overall was pretty easy 😎
Day 2: it got much more easier, still some burning feelings but I accomplished it !
Day 3: actually wasn’t as painful today so it went pretty smooth 😁👍🏻
Day 4: almost the end of the week, today went smooth again. If you guys are doing this work out and don't have the will power remember that you can do anything and can do this.
Also I don't diet I just eat anything under 1,200 calories, but what back away from is soda, candy, and chips.
But if you want to eat those go ahead! Just try to maintain the 1,200 calories.
Day 5: I was pretty sore today but I did it!! Remember guys u can do this ᕙ(*•̀ᗜ•́*)ᕗ
Day 6: yass finished it was kinda tiring 😝😝
Day 7: finished again kinda hard but I was super sore today so there was a struggle

helps with your abs? im a double amputee so my legs bend involuntarily and i cant seem to find a routine that will work. Also im 27 ish inches around the waist and trying to become a model so i want to get a flat stomach and a small size waist

@@user-hk3vr1fp5h Siii, mi metabolismo antes era muy lento, y empezé a comer saludable y gracias a los ejercicios de Nina, Shirlyn Kim, Daisy Keech y Madfit pasé de pesar 76kg a 63 en 1 año 💕, ahora cómo de todo, solo no en exceso te recomiendo comer saludable y 2-3 veces a la semana comer lo que quieras, no en exceso y no te obsesiones ;(, los pilates también son buenos, no te enfoques en medidas ni en tu peso, si use una dieta, pero por mi nutriólogo, solo te recomiendo comer saludable, ¡Suerte!

I have the exact same problem
It takes A LOT OF efforts EVERYDAY and weight training on legs to be “bulky” if you are full of fat don’t even worry about getting bulky 😂

Day2✅:it’s was hard but I’m seeing a little bit change My thigh didn’t had that much gap.
Day3✅: I didn’t see a difference today but I hope I will.
Day4✅:today it wasn’t really hard I also see a big different I am really happy
Day 5✅:okey today workout was a little hard also it used to hurt when I walk but now it doesn’t hurt and the different is same as yesterday

hey i just want to tell you you're still a kid and your body will change a lot while you're growing up, don't worry about losing weight or gaining at 12 since that will change with time and if you do this workouts for your health rn and not to loose you'll achieve your goal body later more easier
