    I have been doing this for a while almost every day before my ballet classes. my abs has never been stronger, which helped me hold my positions better. I'm so thankful for you Nina, u can't believe how much this progress makes my happy. TNAK YOU SO MUCH

    Doing this for a week together with your inner thigh work out
    Measurements:
    Waist: 60cm
    Above waist: 64cm
    Belly:68
    Day 1:✅ I felt the born so badly
    Day 2:❌
    Day 3:✅
    Day 4:❌(went to a sleep over)
    Day 5: ✅
    Day 6:❌
    Day 7:✅
    Results:
    Waist:57(morning)
    Above waist;62(morning)
    Either way I still kinda visible ab lines so I’m going to continue for a while and update again then

      @@rekaszalai7808 actually stopped this workout😅 totally forgot, I did gain back a few cm but than I started working out consistently(I go to the gym 3 times a week and walk a lot) and my waist is 56cm now

    Dear Nina, do you have anymore beauty-hacks you are using? Maybe like lymph drainage, using certain prducts and techniques or something like that to keep a healthy model routine? I would like to integrate more elements besides sport and nutrition 🙏🏻😉💫🤍
