    Your workouts are awesome! Could you, maybe do a longer full body workout/ cardio, please? I would love one big like 30 mins or 1h, because instead I need to do one of your legs, one of abs, one arms... so I think one that has everything and gives you a good sweat would be awesome! Anyway, I love your vids and your name is very beautiful! Hugs from Latvia!

      @@kioko665 well you need to sleep 9 hours,drink milk and diet probably, do some scratch.I hope that will help

      Hey Cora, thank you! Listen to your body. I usually do not recommend women to do a too long/intense workout before breakfast, that can have negative effects on the hormonal level ❤

    Hi Nina! I have a question about your workouts, if you want to combine them with cardio, is it better to preform your exercises before or after cardio if I want to slim & tone my body? 🥰

      I would recommend to start with cardio, so your muscles will be warm for the other exercises! 💛

    is it ok to feel little discomfort in lowe back while doing russian twists? Am i doing it wrong🤔

      If it's your first times doing Russian twists, it's pretty normal. The pain should subside and eventually go away as u get more used to the exercise 😃

      Probably you are using you back instead of your abs, because your abs are not strong enough yet. So work on getting stronger abs and the pain will dissapear😊

    Please do a workout vid that solely focuses on lower belly cos no matter how much i work out, i still got that belly pooch

      Also always remember: to see the best results, you should have a look at more than just workouts. Also nutrition, sleep and stress are important to get the best results! Also the lower belly fat is a natural protection for your uterus, caused by hormones, and is actually good and important (ofcourse depending on the amount of fat).

    Give sufficient timers
    Also sufficient breaks
    Ur arms workout are amazing
    But u continuously did it
    U should have given breaks

      i think her workouts are for those who search a stronger rythm. personally i find some workouts fragil (with all those breaks yet short workouts.. and i find ninas workouts very effective, of course hard aswell. but maybe you can practice first with beginner workouts and then come back to nina as a stronger body? loveeee

      you can't spot reduce fat. but if you do cardio and are in calorie deficit then you'll lose fat, hope this helps 💕
