Its depend on you diet more than in the workouts, if you want to make it bigger and create mucle you must eat high proteins, if you have to slim it you’d better reduce calories
Same!! Idk why every workout person on CZcams only make exercises to get bigger hips? Like there are others who already have wide hips, we struggle to keep them slim - they should keep the diversity in mind.

By doing your exercise #sliminghips I drop down from 36 inches of my hips to 33 inches. Ofcourse had healthy foods buh your workouts are really impact full. I am still working on my hips hoping to lose 2 more inches. Thank you @Ninadeper

@@ginevrapozzolini4338 I do a combination of Nina deper workouts. As in one day cardio with upper body , lower body , flat belly and legs workout. Also have healthy foods and still I am doing her workouts and came down to one more inch that is 32 inch of hips. If your trying loose weight than have healthy foods and do a combination of workouts you will see results (inch loss) within a weeks time .😊

Paired with lots of walking and a plant-proteins and veggie and fruit- filled lifestyle 2lbs will probably not bulk you! Definitely lots of walking helps. Look up Rachael Attard for lean legs tips!! She changed my life!

maybe start with just waking up and not necessarily workout i mean you can first teach your body to wake up early and then start working out or you can workout before bed i hope this helps you 🤍

Ik doe de andere hip slimming workout sinds januari. Ik ben van 96.5 cm naar 91/91.5 cm gegaan!😁 ik loop 2/3 keer per week ook 10.000 stappen. Nu ik deze video zie wil ik het meteen de volgende dag uitproberen met de andere video daarna! Heel veel zin in :)

Heei eva! Ik twijfel om dit te gaan doen, maar ik ben heel bang omdat het je heupen smaller maakt dat je dan zo’n recht figuur krijgt. Ik heb nu nog enigzins wel wat heupen waardoor er een beetje een zandloper figuur ontstaat, heb jij niet dat je nu helemaal recht bent ?
@@cherylvdplas6184 totaal niet! Ik moet van m’n modellenbureau 90 cm op de heupen hebben. En die 2 workouts bij elkaar + 10.000 stappen zetten heeft me heel erg geholpen om de cm’s eraf te halen. Elk lichaam is ook anders en reageert anders. Als je smaller heupen wilt gaan hebben raad ik deze workout heel erg aan + de andere (part 1) en 10.000 stappen als je er tijd voor hebt. Maar ik kan dus niet zeker zeggen of je lichaam recht wordt, want die van mij is niet recht geworden in de 5 maanden dat ik deze workouts doe

A bit, but I recommend doing her 17 min inner and outer thigh model workout video as well for slimmer legs. You will see results in days depending on your lifestyle and body type.
