Vertappen with 2 wheels on the grass and didn't give up his position, he drove very well and took over Norris' position. Today Norris clearly had the fastest car on the grid but was unable to convert it into victory. Vertappen driver of the day for me!
Attending this race, my second ever, was just crazy! First the quali and then the race with George overtake and then max overtake and then Lando George amazing battle through turn after turn and the pit stops and overtakes all over! As a max fan I was completely losing it for the last ten laps… especially when the timings disappeared from the screen! What an amazing experience! Amazing atmosphere ! I love this sport!!!!

I am a McLaren fan but this race showed how Max and RBR are operationally on a higher level. Mad respect to them and am still amazed on McLaren's progress considering they were way behind the field at this point last year. They need to get used to fighting at the front to properly challenge Max and RBR

I haven't been to an F1 race but I went to a Motoamerica superbike race like 2 years ago and it's one of the coolest things I've ever seen in my life. Theres just something surreal about watching something fly by you at almost 200 mph. I'd love to go to an F1 race but for now it's just Motoamerica and IMSA cause the tickets are only like $80 for the whole weekend. Not to mention the distance. I'm 1000 miles from Miami and like 1500 from COTA lol.
Russell should have yielded to his fellow Briton, Lando, thereby affording him the opportunity to clinch victory in this race. Lando's potential to secure the win was evident. The relentless succession of victories by Max has rendered the races insufferably monotonous.

The McLaren was the fastest car. After that the Merc. And after that the RB. And Max still wins... That is how big the gap is between Max and the other elite drivers.

He's got the winning formula down. Get ahead early, make the others chase you. Norris was behind the entire race. Fan favouritism keeps changing. The winner will be hated. Remember Seb during RB days, Lewis in her title winning years... They all got booed in many places. If Leclerc or Lando keeps winning they will never be DoTD. It is as simple as that .
Hilarious how Lando threw his pole in turn 1, didn't manage to overtake anyone until the late pit later in the race while Max clutches a lap 2 overtake for the lead and then makes an extremely consistent drive to win the race in a slower car than the McLaren. I'm so angry they deliberately didn't show Max's first pitstop, which was INCREDIBLY quick - just under 1.9 seconds. I was afraid that they would've done a mistake changing tyres that quickly.
When you've got the faster car behind you, you have to focus on the preventing them from getting past. It happens, sometimes you get tunnel vision. Doesn't make him a bad driver, just a human one.

I was there. This was my first full weekend. Genuinely an amazing experience and fantastic F3 and F2 races. Can't recommend to everyone highly enough to try get to a race someday, you will never regret it.

Big time Lewis fan here but Max is honestly just a wonderful driver. The last few races have proven that it’s not just the car with him, he is just amazing at maximising whatever he has. And the proof is there- Perez is struggling greatly in the same car.

So insanely fast. In fact, it takes ungodly amounts of speed to lose a position.
Max earned it at the start. Compared to last year, where he takes almost a second lead each lap, this time it is comparatively less. Maximum of 8 to 9 seconds after 40 laps.
The McLaren was the fastest car. After that the Merc. And after that the RB. And Max still wins... That is how big the gap is between Max and the other elite drivers.

Max needs a dominant car to get a chance at fighting for pole. The fact he beat Merc’s easily means RB was miles ahead.

He's got the winning formula down. Get ahead early, make the others chase you. Norris was behind the entire race. Yes, he was making faster laps than Max after the last pit stop but he had too much ground to make up. You simply can't get that far behind and catch up. Eventually, you wear out your tires and the speed difference evens out.

Hilarious how Lando threw his pole in turn 1, didn't manage to overtake anyone until the late pit later in the race while Max clutches a lap 2 overtake for the lead and then makes an extremely consistent drive to win the race in a slower car than the McLaren. And he doesn't get driver of the day and it's not even close. Hilarious man

I'm so angry they deliberately didn't show Max's first pitstop, which was INCREDIBLY quick - just under 1.9 seconds. I was afraid that they would've done a mistake changing tyres that quickly.

When you've got the faster car behind you, you have to focus on the preventing them from getting past. It happens, sometimes you get tunnel vision. Doesn't make him a bad driver, just a human one.

I was there. This was my first full weekend. Genuinely an amazing experience and fantastic F3 and F2 races. Can't recommend to everyone highly enough to try get to a race someday, you will never regret it.
