@@mariamaallem6294 most likely nothing in 3 days. It was probably toning skin rather than the actual arm itself. It takes 2 weeks minimum on average for you and others to see a substantial difference
I love your workouts!! I used to not be strong enough to keep my arms up for the 6 minute workouts, but now I can do them and keep them up for this 8 minute workout 😄
this is by far the hardest arm workout video ive tried😭 the way my arms were literally shaking and this excercise didnt include weights is just wow

Note: I’m doing this workout after a full body and standing abs workout, basically a stretch, sort of 😅
Day 1: this was actually harder than I thought 😅 after a minutes, my arms were almost on their last stand. Managed to complete the workout tho.
Day 2: did this at 6pm, definitely got a lot more easier, bc I was listening to music.

Hi nina!! I have a question and if you would answer it would help so much! I have really big thighs its all fat ive never been able to lose them easily. Will running make me build muscle? If so what can i do to reduce the muscle. I want slim legs not muscle legs
To lose fat you need to be in a caloric deficit and one way to achieve that can be by running. Ofc, you will grow muscles in your legs and that's a good thing! They will look more defined and be stronger. The muscles you build today will improve your quality of life once you are older and in menopause. Also, the more muscles you have, the higher your metabolic rate will be (you will be able to eat more without gaining as much fat as you would with lesser muscles). But don't worry about your legs looking too muscular - it takes years to grow really big muscles as you see on bodybuilders, especially in women.
Finally, you likely won't lose 100% of fat and cellulite. Maybe your legs are the place your body stores fat. And if it really isn't going down, don't force it, DON'T eat even less because you might lose your period and mess up your hormones. Especially if you are a teenager, your body is still changing and growing! Please please please don't stress about fat on your legs - start running and eating healthier (NOT LESS - HEALTHIER) for your own health and your body will be changing as well. It takes time and effort. But please, don't stress too much about it, you are still so young (I assume :)) and enjoy some ice cream with friends, some pancakes and some chocolate :) The key to fitness is finding balance!

Probably you' re doin it wrong way. You should keep your head and neck still. Only move your arms and btw dont forget to do strech before and after workout.

I saw no results whatsoever
The reasons you don’t have result is because you’re either doing them wrong you’re not eating properly and your mindset is what’s making you have poor results. You don’t get results in just one day it takes a couple days. I saw results in three days after doing them, so I’m not sure what you’re doingwrong, but it works
