Tried this with 5lb dumbbells, they were way too heavy for these workouts! I think I need to invest in 2 or 3lbers! The 5 minute workouts are always the most intense!

I feel anxious every now and then as i stumbled upon that video telling me such belly position being caused by lack of proper muscle engagement.
