      Jessica Interian i do them everyday (except sunday bc it’s my rest day) and i always do it in the beginning of my workout bc i’m not tired and tend to do better especially with weights.

      Im screaming everytime i did it. Compared to middle split, hand stand this is the hardest exercise for me. My arm so weak. I hope it get better soon

    did 20 mins cardio, 20 mins pilates and then this. spent the whole time staring at a packet of crisps on my bedside table. happy to announce that i shall now be eating these crisps in victory.

    I’ve been doing this work-out for about 4 times a week for 2 weeks, sometimes doing a different arm workout of hers and pairing it with abs and or legs. And I can already see a difference. I feel so much stronger and can already do about 4 push-ups which isn’t great, but I couldn’t even do any 2 weeks ago! So definitely a lot of improvement, thank you Maddie for making these workouts.

    I am so thrilled to find your stuff! At 73 I am reasonably fit, but due entirely to being outdoors, walking, swimming and running a little. I used go to the gym until I couldn't afford it any longer. So, now, with lockdown, I've been looking for exercises for "seniors," and OMG they all seem to assume that we can't even stand up! With respect to those who cannot, I needed something more interesting and challenging....then I found you! I can't do everything you do, but I can do enough, and I am really chuffed!! Thank you!

    this is the ONLY arm workout I've done on youtube that has ACTUALLY targeted my triceps. all the other ones say they do, but I only feel it in my biceps. this one gets me every time and my arms are already looking amazing!! thank you ❤❤❤

    I’m a 16 yr old 6’2ft and 135lbs guy and this workout was challenging but amazing. I only had 10lbs weights 💀 so I was struggling but I made it. Can wait to see how my body changes throughout the next 30 days of me doing this along with some other workouts! I’ll update y’all, just y’all remind me 💪🏾

      How are you that tall and that weight that’s crazy. I’m so disgusted in myself. I’m 5’0 female I weight 147.
      Last time I lost weight my “heaviest” was 135.
      I’ve been stuck at 145-147 for months..

      @@alexischarest378 Hey girl! I was in the same predicament as you. I had been 5’2 back in June of ‘22, and I weighed 154. I decided to start a calorie deficit and it eventually brought me down to 145! I had also been stuck there for a while, and I later learned that I needed to cut back on/remove my intake of carbs and sugar. I had been allowing myself to still eat foods high in that because at the end of the day I believed I’d be burning more calories than I consumed. That was not a healthy decision-I continued to add to the fat distribution in my body even while burning it. As of today I only snack on sweets 1-3 times a week. I also switched to only drinking water.
      Now, almost a year later (March ‘23), without having gone to the gym-and just now starting workouts, I’m 5’3 at 131 lbs!
      Diet really can make an impact on your weight, but if you want to build muscle or get toned, workouts will do you justice.
      I’m finally beginning my workout journey in hopes I can get toned. I wish you luck with yours!

    I did this workout for around 15 days and i started seeing amazing results, my grandma arms were not that flabby anymore nd i could feel my triceps, but i dont knw why did i stop doing this workout and started chloe tings 12 min arm workout and trust me nothing happened. I have come back again to continue this workout and i hope i dont ruin my progress this time.

    Hello. SO glad I found your 10 minutes work out. This works out for me perfectly!! I can currently use 3 lbs dumbbells. Later I can gradually add weight. I have neck issues so I am slowly doing your whole routine. I stop periodically but continue when I can. I hope in about a month a can complete the whole process for the push ups.

    That was SUPER! No exercise was overwhelming but at the end, my arms were so shaky, I could barely type this. Look forward to doing this often and getting strong.     I haven't done any sort of strength training for at LEAST a year and a half, and let me just tell you that I am already nervous about tomorrow!     anyone else feel like their five pound weights are defective and somehow are accidentally 20 pounds 😂 and anything with the word "push up" in it was a struggle. I'm going to get better though.

    This was great! I’m a total baby level beginner so used 3lbs weights and still felt the burn. I’ll be coming back to this one so I hopefully build up my arm muscles a little bit ❤

    Honsestly the best fitness channel ive ever found ! Ive always been searching for the right workout videos and this is one of the many videos that you have that is great ! GUARANTEE that you will gain muscle in 2 weeks of doing this video, maybe get little toned like I did but if you continue doing this after 2 weeks you will definitely gain those toned arms !! 10/10

    Yey!! yey!! I finally -FINALLY- after so many tries, I was able to FINISH the workout in go the workout. No pause, and 10 pounds dumbbells.     Great 10-min workout for the arms! Nicely done. I’m over 50 and may need to use 3 lb weights on a couple of the moves, but otherwise the 5 lb weights and my own body weight is very sufficient. Love how quickly you can do this as well. Thank you.

    Love this workout. I already lift weights and have strong, toned arms but need more ideas to get my arms more sculpted and this 10-minute workout is just what I was looking for. I felt the burn on the back of my arms which is my focus. I lifted weights yesterday so today is my day off for that, but I'll be doing a repeat of this workout tomorrow. Thank you.

    I love this workout! It’s super easy even though it’s challenging. I can fit it in really easily into my work days. Even with a child, this is a great workout to plug into my daily routine

    I really enjoyed the Toned Arms! Have not exercised in many years, and this was a good start. I could feel the effects even after using 1 lbs. weight. Will do it again till I get stronger.

    I found your channel about a month ago searching for resistance band workouts, and since then I've fallen in love with all your workouts! I'll often line up your videos to do hour-long workout routines. They've been a great addition/ supplement, along with my Ashtanga yoga practice, as my gym is currently closed, and it's now too snowy for outdoor jogs. Thank you so, so much for creating these!     Just finished this session after insanity. I'm gonna add this to my routine 3x a week.
    Week 1 (Day 1) arms: 14.25"
    I've a lot of arm fat atm so I'm really looking forward to the changes!! Will keep yall updated

      You cannot target fat anywhere on the body specifically. Resort to intermittent fasting and stop eating carbs and do cardio - run 3 miles each day. You will see results! Good Luck!

      kunal khanna yes, and how long will those results last? It doesn’t really sound like a sustainable lifestyle in the long term, physically and psychologically. Don’t assume what one should do basing on nothing

    I've been doing this every day for 2 weeks and I already feel stronger! I've always had weak arms, I couldn't even do 5 push-ups. But now I can finally follow along! Tricep dips are still giving me issues, so I have to stop after about 25 seconds cause my arms collapse. lol But I'm getting there!

    I’m actually pretty proud of myself for being able to complete this with no difficulty in my arms were sore and they afterwards but I didn’t have to take a break or anything and that’s coming from someone who literally could not do most things without getting short of breath I’ve come a long way by the grace of God
