- Join me in a 15 minute BARRE ARMS WORKOUT for lean and toned arms. All you need is a set of light dumbbells between 2-5 pounds. If you don't have dumbbells at home, just grab 2 full water bottles to use as weights! Each move will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So let's get toning! 💞 xox Mik

@@fitbymik Yessss!!!! I have done many many videos with other fitness instructors, but that BURNNNNNN in my arms only happens with you! And aparto of that, you include excercise that are not the common ones, so that makes it more excited! I really love it and I recommend your workouts to my friends too!

I currently run 6 miles, power walk for an hour, and use the recumbent bike for an hour everyday but I'd really like to add some muscles to my arms. How often should I use this program?

Sweetie, I’m trying to see some really nice, toned results before my daughter’s wedding this July! :) -Do you think using 2 lb weights and doing this 3 times per week (or even 4) could help with toning? I have neck issues which is why I want to keep to 2 lbs and not really move up the weight level. I may even switch from 1 to 2 lb weights fro the workout even. -I loved this timed workout and sincerely appreciate your opinion. Tempted to do this everyday with 2 lbs, but know that recovery in 50’s is a thing! Hugs from 🇨🇦
