After doing these exercises for over 2 weeks my final opinion is : the results will not be straightforward because these exercises aren't intense in burning fat or building muscle, however, they are my favourite arm exercises so far, because my arms feel more solid and sexier, plus it does not bulk up existing muscle which is crucial for me as im trying to avoid building muscle. SO thank you lovely Nina for this workout !

Seeing everyone in the comments is making me really want to try this so I’ll just document it here (I had it in my notebook, but I kinda like this because it forces me to update it). I also love this workout and Nina’s vibes so hopefully I can commit to this.
Day 1 💚: It’s been a couple of years since I’ve done a arm workout and this painnnnn, but I still did it :)
Day 2 💚: My shoulder area hurts a lot, but I’m working through the pain.
Day 3 💚: Shoulder area is more sore now and I’m not stopping in the middle of the workout anymore.
Day 4 💚: Slightly sore still, but I feel way better about myself.
Day 5 💚: Not sore anymore which is great :)
Day 6 💚: Getting way easier, but still haven’t been able to make it *fully* through.
Day 7 💚: Had NO motivation today, but forced myself to do it.
Day 8 💚: First day of making it completely through, which was tough.
Day 9 💚: Feeling really good, but the soreness came back (I need to stop underestimating this workout).
Day 10 💚: I’m legit so happy for making it 10 days, this is the longest I’ve committed to something.
MEASUREMENTS 10 DAYS: Right Arm: 26cm ; Left Arm: 25cm
Day 11-12: Break
Day 13💚: Took a break and it was tough, but I pushed through :)

Week 3 💚: Instead of doing each day reports I’ve decided to move to each week reports because it makes this comment less crowded :). For this week I didn’t do this workout from Sunday-Tuesday because I got the first dose of the vaccine and had a sore arm. Other than that, I’ve been making it through the workout (still with a bit of burning towards the end).
How many cm is your arm before and after?

I have commitment issues but for once I really want to push myself so I'm going to try this.
Measurements: 30cm (R) 29.5cm (L)
Day 1: ✅ I do arm workouts occasionally so I was already familiar with the pain but istg this workout got my arms and shoulders so heavy I was tearing up so bad. I almost died at the arm waves. I always remember to keep my breathing in check because it does really help you to keep going and reduce the tension. It burns so bad tho! Great workout.
Day 2: ✅ Took breaks in between. Try to relax your shoulder and let your arms do the work. The tapping really targets the upper arm so I'm feeling really good about this.
Day 3: ✅ Done.
Day 4: ❎ Woke up this morning and I couldn't lift my arms above my head at all without feeling a constant sharp pain. I have come to address that there was something wrong with my rotator cuffs (been feeling the same pain for the past 3 weeks, mind you when I do arm workouts I usually do 2-3 videos or do them twice so always wake up feeling sore) I thought it's normal but I think I overdid myself. I'm resting rn.
Day 5: ✅ I felt very motivated doing this, I was smiling the whole time.
Day 6: ✅ I did cardio and this and now I'm crying.
Day 7: ✅
Day 8: ❎ Literally danced zumba for 8 straight hours, way too tired.
Day 9: ❎ My body hurts sm.
Day 10: ✅ Took a 4-day rest because how busy things got, but did it.
Day 11: ✅ Yass.
Day 12: ✅ Dunnit.
Day 13: ✅
Day 14: ✅ Mmmmm.
Day 15: ✅ Did it!
Update: 28.5 cm (R) 27 (L)
I know it doesn't seem a lot but omg my arms are really firm and looked skinny for reals, I was actually surprised because I don't diet and ate anything I want and my arms looked toned. I'm going to keep doing this. Progress takes time!

my right arm 32cm. gonna try this for 2weeks.
Day 1️⃣ : ✅ working out after ages. took multiple breaks, it feels so hard.
Day 2️⃣ : ✅ this workout seems so easy but burning my hands n shoulder like hell since yesterday. my muscle pain is getting intense n I have physics xm tomorrow. God knows how am I gonna write🤲🏽
Day 3️⃣ : ✅ i find it a little easy now as muscle pain is gone
Day 4️⃣ : ✅
Day 5️⃣ : ✅
Day 6️⃣ : ✅ i still take breaks😥 but its fine unless I'm not giving up😊
Day 7️⃣ : ✅ i still don't see much difference but i believe it would take time. as the fat didn't come overnight, won't leave overnight as well.😊
