    I just tried it and it is the best arm workout I’ve ever done! It’s the perfect balance of not too hard so it doesn’t give me that felling of „I never want to do this again“ but still a challenge so it’s effective and gives me that post workout seritonin! Love It!

    i used to do the momomi arm work out (it’s similar to this one) and it was a little challenging at first but eventually it felt like it wasn’t doing anything but this is the best arm work out (without equipment) ive found so far i see visible results it’s challenging but not to the point where i don’t want to do it again thank you so much for making this!

    Thank you so much for this! I have problems with my elbows and so unfortunately had to stop using weights and other exercises that had really helped tone my arms. They started getting flabby. Then I found your arms videos! My orthopedist enthusiastically approved his kind of workout.

    Nina! I started this arm workout on Jan 1 and on Jan 13 I was able to complete this video completely without ANY breaks! My dream arms are yours honestly! This workout only slims and tones doen arms, not bulk them up right? thanks in advance!! ❤️❤️❤️

      Height is genetic, so I can unfortunately not help you with that. But love your height, be confident and you will show off and that is much more worth than being tall!💓
