hi, Nina and all viewers, I'm very glad that I found your channel, here are the workouts that I really need! can you advise me? I do 7-8 workouts per day on the inner thigh, maybe I should cut them down to 2-3? it’s just that I don’t get very tired then and I think that the workout was useless, but a lot of training can slow down the fat loss process. what should I do? I strive for a slim body and keep a calorie deficit :( I really hope that you can help me! Thank you very much for the workout!💘💗

you should check her general Leg Workouts, they sometimes target the outer thigh (too)
You can check the hip workouts as well, they make you feel a good burn in your outer thigh :)
