I'm really shocked at my results. I started this fitting snuggly in my size 10 jeans. I've been doing this like twice a day for 3.5 weeks ( I do this workout while I watch trashy reality shows) and I officially fit into size 4 dresses. My entire body shape has been changing. I'm so happy I found this.

I don't know about squats but I've been doing ballet plies, which is essentially the same, and they're really helping tone up and slim down. Maybe they're good in moderation?

@@hana-kd1ch changing up is good. After I work out from this video I see definitions on my legs that I didn't see from Pam. I worked out with Pam for many years and my body probably get used to it. After I completed my weight loss I like Nina exercises better than Pam. I also tried this video czcams.com/video/D_qZlLfyKMo/video.html and it's so good. She also has inner thigh video as well.
I'm actually amazed at my results - I've only been doing this for 2 weeks and I can see big changes already! As someone who tends to gain weight in my legs I was always really insecure but this workout has helped me gain so much confidence in myself. I'm on the verge of tears here (I'm dramatic I know) but I'm just so happy with my results I can't believe it. I thought my legs were going to fall off the first time I did it but It is absolutely worth it and definitely gets easier over time! hi here's my update. I didn't measure before and after but I do see some differences. My thighs got slimmer and it also slims down your calves so it's great!

I’ve been coming back to this video for two months and do this workout around 2-3 per week and I’ve noticed a HUGE difference in my thighs and hips. It gets way easier after the first few times doing it. Also check out Nina’s hips and butt workouts they are amazing!!!

This burns !!! But it does get easier, I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks now and I’ve gotten amazing results ! You end up getting use to it yet still feeling the burn. At this point I could finish the whole video just like her, no breaks and to make it easier, distract yourself while doing this workout, watch a movie or a show. just don’t look at the timer.

I wanted to use ankle weights but I was scared that my thighs would just become bigger and bulky whereas I’m trying to get them a lot slimmer. What happened to your thighs or whole leg when you used ankle weights ??? :)
I also did it with ankle weights. It was bearable 🤔
I did this for 7 days. My thighs got smaller from 50cm to 49cm and my calfs too 33cm to 32cm. Will continue doing this :)

For anyone reading this, it absolutely works if you keep at it everyday and eat clean. Ive been doing this workout everyday for 3 weeks now, alongside all of Nina’s other leg workouts and have noticed a huge difference! Thank you so much Nina❤️ For context I’m a mesomorph, 5’5” and weigh 55 kg. Ive alway been on the slimmer side but was skinny fat. I have wanted slim model legs for the longest time and because of sports in Highschool my thighs were a bit muscular which I did not like. Ive combined all of Ninas leg and hip workouts alongside walking for 60 min everyday ( on flat surfaces) and the results are astounding.
Also Gloria songs slim leg stretch is great to do before all workouts and after. I hope this can help someone! :)

I am slim but my legs are big, it’s like genetic or body type. I don’t know if i could fix it or not
Maybe genetic, but it has to be proportional with the whole body so maybe u got somr extra fat there.
same, my upper body is slim, but my thighs are quite big, but in a muscular way though. i think it's mainly because of the sport i play and also genetics. i became so insecure about my thighs so I've been trying a bunch of exercises now
Sameeee. I am extremely tall for my age - I'm young and 5"8 + on a growth spurt. BUT the only place I have fat is on my thighs. Cause I'm skinny everywhere else it stands out more probs gonna do this but not sure if it will change because Im pretty sure it's genetic
Well I am also kind of same but I think my thighs got fat in the quarantine. And even if it's genetic fat you should not lose hope, even genetic fat can burn by working out

After 10 days doing this every morning + her dips workout:
-I can do both without feeling pain
-I can finish both completely
-I have lost 1.5 cm every thight
After those two videos I always finish with a 5 min thigh workout I found here on CZcams+10/20 min of abs (it depends on my mood). In those days I have also lost 1 cm on my waist and 3 on my hips.
My diet: a little changed, but not that much. I eat healthy as always, but less sweets. Moreover I really like to cook and if you want I can share with you guys some healthy recipes (:

I’ve been doing this daily for just over a week now and today was the first time I didn’t have to rest during your workout! It still hurt like hell but I can tell I’ve gotten stronger. This is great and I will start this week. I am so tired of being told to do squats, lunges, leg extension, deadlifts etc and just eat well and you won’t bulk up. LIES my legs have never slimmed out after doing this for years. Those exercises are made to make your legs bigger not smaller. I will listen to someone with a model’s legs. Wish me luck!

This is the 24th day of me doing this workout once a day and hshzsnjsjs this has worked wonders for me!! I used to have huge saddle bags but they're almost gone now. My butt and thighs used to be loose and flabby but they're getting really toned now. Apparently I'm still very far away from my goal but the fact that this workout has worked for me is the reason why I'm writing this comment. The great thing about this workout is that you can do it lying down (good for lazy asses like moi) and it specifically burns only in the hip, butt and thigh area. Other workouts make your whole body tired with all the jumping but this workout burns only the targetted area. I cannot be thankful enough to have found this workout. I'm soon going to try Nina's abs workouts. I'm pretty sure they'll work wonders for me as well! 😁

@@fatimayaser6738 this is one of the workouts i do everday for my legs. And so far my legs havent become that muscley. The result is amazing. Like they are really toned and its really good fat burner.
It helps me a lot to lose weight every day and I do it for minus 5kg thanks for making videos like this a lot

Trust me guys this really works after 2weeks...u can see it😀. Comparing to other youtubers I get muscle pain after exercise and get results late.... But here I get pain when I do the exercise and get result fast... What else do we need? 🙂😉

starting these daily for at least 3 months full of hope! i'm brazilian, and even though i'm pretty skinny, i have pretty muscular and thick legs (whole body actually) and nothing seems to help me slim them, i've tried april hans's thigh gap workout and nothing. anyone has any tips or helpful words? i'm really excited about this! already so proud of everyone who's been doing this xox

man this workout burns so badly and is giving me my curvy lower body back i just had another baby at 40 and this workout will definately give you whatcha needs lolls dont give up the pain is worth the outcome i cant stay out the frikin mirror and i do this twice back to back im addicted to the burn in my glutes
