I do not think this will help in reducing bulkiness

oh my gosh when it was time to lay flat on the floor and lift our legs my hip bones were like "What the hell are you doing?" and it was so painful that I literally had to lie on a pillow

Hey! Actually your height really depends on your genes. So there is not a workout that actually will make you taller, but ofcourse toning your body does make it possible to make you look taller❤️
