    broo you would think chloe ting workouts would be this painful but they got so easy for me that I lost hope along with a lot of other workouts but dang this is prolly the most effective workouts I've seen yet!       But make sure you research about losing bulkiness
      I think I have read that reducing bulkiness is more difficult than losing fat

    oh my gosh when it was time to lay flat on the floor and lift our legs my hip bones were like "What the hell are you doing?" and it was so painful that I literally had to lie on a pillow

      Hey! Actually your height really depends on your genes. So there is not a workout that actually will make you taller, but ofcourse toning your body does make it possible to make you look taller❤️

    BTW Nina, I cant do the 1hr walk due to weather (stormy rain) and sometimes working overtime. Any chance that I can substitute the 1hr walking to some other short and equivalent workout? Thanks 🙏🏻
