Okay so I have a pear shaped body with a really big butt and wide thighs and I came across this and see it as a blessing! I just did this workout and boy do i feel the burn in my outer thighs
I plan on trying to do this twice a day and I shall update you guys every week!
Day 1: I feel the burn and feel hopeful that I can lose an inch at the end of 2 weeks (haha lets do this)
Day 3: I did this workout twice + did another 5 minute workout targeting my thighs and I feel like my legs are gonna be so sore tomorrow! Also, I didn't measure myself before starting this challenge, but i'm hoping that in a few weeks I can see a noticeable difference (maybe my jeans will fit better? fingers crossed)

As usual another person who never follows up- well, I can say it does work I did it every day for 2 weeks and it’s amazing how toned up the legs get. She’s doing a riff on Windsor Pilates but it’s abbreviated. That chick prob gave up after 3 days..

Day 1 - my legs are burning and I’m very excited to see results✨
Day 2 - I felt my legs are burning and working when I did the circles. Which is a good sign ✨
Day 3 - everything got so much easier and I could feel my legs are burning and my hips too ✨
Day 4- I could see little difference. I will keep going! ✨
Day 5- everything is easy now ✨
day 6- I’m very proud of myself for doing it this far✨
Day 7- I could see a difference!! I’m gonna do it for another week!!✨
so now I’m in day 9- I could definitely tell there’s a difference my outer thigh burned a lot of fat✨
Day 10- as she said I tried combining the inner workout in another video she posted and I’m happy with the results I’m getting, I can’t even walk on my legs✨

Trisha In a week you’ll see a little difference in the outer thigh but the more u do the workout the more you burn the fat
your papi my outer thighs were fatter, I did this for 9 days and today is my 10th day first the workout will be very hard but in day 3 you’ll get used to it, my body is definitely changing into better

I have been doing this for quite some time (+cardio) and I'm so happy that I can see the difference around my hip area! Yes, I believe this helps cause this targets the outer thigh/hip area and I can see biggest improvement in that area for me. Thank you LSF!! :))

I also wanna say that I quit drinking soda and eating bread. I won t be doing any other kind of work out.
Day 1. It was new and it kinda hurt. But it wasnt that hard( I ve done it twice)
Day2. I can feel the pain from day 1, I swear is so hard to do it and my thighs hurt a lot ( I ve done it twice)
Day3. Today I m gonna do it once . Still no change and I didn t eat so much. Idk why it s not working. Also the pain is gone. I think I got used to it.
Day4. I ve done it once this morning after I woke up. It might be a little change and it helps for your belly too.
Day5. Ok so... there is a little change like I said. I did not measure my tights because I wanted the difference to be noticeable. And it is, just a lil bit.( did it once)
Day6. Yeah...I kinda messed up and drank a lot of coke and eat some chips. But I ve done the exercises so it should be good. Considering the fact that I didn t follow a diet, it kinda worked.( did it once)

day 3 ✔️ - It feels much easier to open up my legs now! I’m more flexible and can open them up way higher.
day 4 ✔️ - can't believe how easier this has become now compared to the first time i did it. it feels sooo good now, don't think i'm gonna drop it any time soon!
day 5 ✔️ - Yesterday I crashed into bed as soon as I arrived home so I had to skip for one day. Still not struggling to do the moves, I’m actually really enjoying the burn on my thighs and I feel like I can do another workout along with this one!
day 6 ✔️- Realized the workout still kinda burns but totally endurable. I try to mix this with other short workouts here and there.
day 7 ✔️ - One week in! Had to skip yesterday again. I can totally notice that my thighs look more toned and less... jiggly.
day 8 ✔️ - The longest I’ve been able to stick to a workout. Officially in love with this workout routine.

I’ve been doing this workout for about two months now and when I tell you this works- it really does. I don’t have measurements or anything but it has worked WONDERS for my legs. They not only feel more muscular and strong, but they actually have slimmed down. I would soooo recommend this workout. Believe me, it’s worth spending time on.

Day 1- I almost died. I skipped like half of the workout and alot of took breaks..this proves how unfit I am.
Day 2 - It was a little bit easier, I took breaks but not as much as yesterday. Will update tomorrow ✨

Day 4 - it felt soo good today, felt the burn but now I'm kinda used to it.
Day 5 - I'm seeing no results but.. I will say that my legs are a bit tighter.. Idk I just think they are.
Day 6 - Still no difference..i think I'm gonna do it for one more week. Will update tomorrow
Day 7 - OK so no difference.. As expected.. But I'm gonna continue to do this workout but, I'll stop updating.
