I have been trying to do this exercise for 1 month, but since I forget to do it most of the time, I have done it for 5-6 days in total. will start doing it regularly now measurement
current 87 cm
goal 83 cm
had fun(in tears) doing this. I make workout videos as well but doing this really hurt but it is what we love

I'm a pre-professional dancer so I workout on a daily basis, especially targeting the lower half of my body as it supports my whole weight on point shoes for hours. Let me tell you, this workout is so hard. Usually, these types of workouts don't work for me so I am amazed by how tough this one is. Big praises Nina this is a masterpiece 👏

Day 1:✔it was extremely hard to do and I took tons of breaks as well.
Day 2 :✔ I was very sleepy
Day 3:✔ the last 2 exercise are still very difficult to do but I took less breaks today.
Day 4:✔ last one is still hard to do.
Day 5:✔ did another 20 min leg workout with this one.
Crazy awesome workout!!! Got muscles I think I’ve never worked before! Even as a dancer and higher level gymnast. ❤

If nothing it was a test of durability😅😅 but as someone did nina’s other videos this was a great workout when you feel ready to advance🙏🏼🙏🏼 If you are a beginner do not get demotivated if this feels too hard, i work my legs regularly, this was still a challenge and I never felt my inner legs working this much.

What's your diet like?
I feel like my hips hurt too much for me doing this workout. From the very beginning, I had to alternate to 1. keep balance, 2. not hurt myself. I feel so sad that in many cases (e.g. the very first exercise, when you have to bring the lower leg up), I literally cannot follow along. Is is normal? I can see many girls doing similar things in pilates, but I am always left alone to make alternatives.... otherwise I would do these particular movements wrong which I dont see the point in doing.
Otherwise, loved the energy whilst working out with you :)
Hey Erika, this is really an advanced workout that requires a lot of core strength and balance too, so I will recommend to stick to my previous leg workouts for now and come back to this one later! 🫶💕💕

Unfortunately no workout can truly lengthen you legs. I have found that these workouts do lift your bum a bit which can make it appear that way.

I'm not very good at elevating my legs. But I believe that after doing it for a while My legs will be stronger and will be able to do difficult poses. I recite in my mind all the time that I'll do it for beautiful legs.😅😅😂😂

Absolutely possible to feel it in the glutes too! Lengthen your entire leg all the way till the toes, so also stretch the knees for a better inner thigh focus! 🫶
