    I like your hips slimmer workout video. And it's working so I decided to try this one also.
    Im doing 28 days challenge .
    *Result - lost 7-8 cm in one month* highly recommend this video . 👍🏼
    Day 1 . I'll keep updating my results . 🌸
    Day 7 : its really working lost 2 cm already
    After one month : so my inner thighs are very slimmer than before.
    Now my thighs don't make sound while walking 😂😁👍🏼

    day three (8/4) : ✔ ( i can see that my thighs are getting leaner and less loose)

    This is your sign to keep strong and carry on!! I have tried so many leg work outs and yours nina is the only one that I can stick to 🤭 I have been doing part one for 2 &1/2 weeks and this one for a couple of days now and i have lost 7cm off of my thighs (which is equivalent to 2.7 inches) I absolutely love doing my work outs every day thank you so much Nina for making me feel so much more confident 💕

    Thank you soooo much! I got scouted 2 weeks ago my a modeling agency and they told me that my legs are too skinny and that they need to be skinny but still have a lean muscle tone! Your workouts are very helpful 😘

I'm reaching goals because of you❤ I have been rope jumping for almost 1 year, not knowing what might happen and of course my knees did build up TOO many muscles and now all they look like is not woman-like at all.     It would be great if you write how many calories the training burns in the description section of your videos.       it’s not impossible! u cant spot reducing fat, which sucks (i know first hand). to have thinner thighs, try doing first a hiit/cardio workout and THEN a leg workout! by doing cardio, you’ll be loosing fat everywhere, and with the leg workout it’ll speed up the process!! remember, results come different for everyone, so if you don’t see it immediately or within 2-3 weeks it’s normal! just keep going

    Alright I’m gonna try it, my whole life I have been very slim but my legs are a lot bigger then the rest of my body. Even when I was little they were bigger than my peers legs. (I’ll try my best to finish it) Dream is to have 16 inch legs but for now 19 inches will be good :)
    Day1 21 and1/2
    Day2 I woke up and my legs were super sore (still 21 1/2)super sore legs
    Day3 my legs felt super goood I got a few complements about my legs I’ll measure them soon they are at 21 inches
    Day4 they are officially 20 inches
    Day5 my legs are not that sore superizingly (they are still 20 inches)
    Day6 still going gonna measure tomorrow
    Day7 too tired
    Day8 doing today!! But gonna measure first 20 inches gonna try a new work out as well I don’t feel like this one is doing much

    after four days doing it, i finally was able to do it without stopping to rest

    Hi nina I am following ur arm and hip reducing workouts its really works thanks a lot for solving my problems
    Now I need to follow ur inner thigh and outer thigh workout but should I do the both 1 and 2nd edition pls reply nina it will be really helpful

      Hey! Amazing that my workouts help for you too. Try to do different workouts on different days, variation is great. One workout per body part is enough😚
