I watched this videos countless times 10 years ago when I was trying to loose weight during uni. 10 years later, no other abs workout videos can beat this.
I cant count how many times i said "i hate you" in reply to a statement or question she says. Shes like a fitness person that you love to hate because you know she's right and she enjoys it so much.

When she says "Are you ready to do this all over again ? 'Cause I am ! " at 5:22 I realy feel like she's taunting me
So I've been doing this workout for 2 months now. Not gonna lie, it took me 4 weeks to finish the whole routine properly. The key is, even though you can't make it on the first try, don't quit! You'll get used to it, and in no time, you'll be able to see the difference! I do 30 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of arms and this everyday and I've lost 4 kgs. My pants have gone down from 28 to 26. I honesty don't really care that much about my weight but I focus more on how I look. I can see lines on my belly now and it feels amazing. Once you see the result, you become addicted! Be patient and stay motivated! :-)

Nur Aisyah Amir i try to eat clean 6 days of the week and give myself 1 cheat day! I cut out sugared drinks completely and it feels amazing. Your skin gets clearer and your body feels more energized

I found this video when I was little girl. I would do it 3-4 times a day for months because I loved it that much. After all these years I found my way back to it. I still think it’s the best ab workout out there ❤

~ A FEW TIPS ~
if you’re like me and have been doing this workout for a long time and it’s starting to feel easier, you can bump up the difficulty by:
- using ankle weights for the leg drops
- lowering your legs in the flutters and scissor kicks and/or using light ankle weights
- keeping your knee to your chest for a longer amount of time during mountain climbers and/or using ankle weights
- using ankle weights for v-crunches
- holding weights in your hands during alt toe touches
- holding a weight in your hand for russian twists like the video said and/or keeping your legs up instead of touching the floor and using ankle weights if you wish
- adding hip twists to the plank to really feel it in those obliques
- adding hip abductions to each side plank
you shouldn’t add these modifications in all at once, but start off first by adding modifications to the exercises that are easiest for you. as you get stronger, the other exercises will also get easier, and you can add the modification to each exercise as it gets easier. for modifications that use weights, you can adjust the weight of the weights to make it easier/harder as well.

I've been doing this about 4 times a week for the past 1.5 months. The first week I had to keep pausing and stopping. By week 3 I was able to keep up with the video. My stomach is definitely more defined now, can see my oblique muscles now and I have a subtle line down the middle. Keep going guys you can do it! I'll update in another 1.5 months.

Recommend doing it once a day! It saves you more time, you don't get that much out of doing it twice and it keeps you a lot more motivated because you don't get as bored of it :)

Ive been doing this workout once almost every day for a good 3 months now, i usually switch it up and watch other videos on xhit but ive done this one the most and id like to say thank you so much, bc i literally am in love with my body. My stomach has lost so much "belly fat" it's flat now with the outline of the abs. Im so excited, and ik if i keep working as hard as i have been that ill get that six pack in less time than imagined. Thank you so much for keeping my workouts simple and FUN!! 👌

I saw changes after two months of this exercise with some other abs exercise and other cardio activities almost everyday. However I guess I am back to starting again since I ate unhealtily without limits for two weeks and the progress I once had suddenly dropped again. If you really want to have a flatter tummy as I want to have, always put in mind that it takes true dedication and a total lifestyle change. You can cheat but always think of the servings. Let us not give up. We can do it.
*****, I feel you. We are just human and we screw up things and eat bad meal. I ate a lot today too since I attended a party. Feel the remorse and then make it as a lesson that next time, we'll be wiser on the foods we eat and are going to eat. Tomorrow is another chance to make a difference. And hey, you can eat those junks but in small portion once in a while, a treat! I once loved soda and chocolates but I learned to let go of them. It's all about our mind. However I cannot give up bread and bananas. They are my achille's hell. Please let me know your progress. We can share ideas and share our progress to motivate each other! Good luck!!!

I seriously love this workout so much ... now that we’re in quarantine and I don’t have to wake up at 6 for school I wake up for this workout instead!! It really does get easier the more you do it. And all of these exercises are so easy to modify to make it easier or harder depending on your level of strength

and I can really see the difference do this and a quick sweat cardio alternating (no more than 10 mins) everyday and you will have abs in like less then a month (depends how hard you workout)

miss mango Yes, I do apply that rule, but only when im doing weight trainning. I Nevet train 2 days straight legs, for instance. But if im doing only body weight exercises i Dont find a problem to work same groups

I don't know why but this has been my favorite ab workout for like 5 years. I always keep coming back to it. It has easily understandable exercises without equipment und you are just so motivating to listen to😊

BEST WORKOUT EVER!!!!
so basically I have been doing this workout everyday since january first 2018. I am naturally skinny and 16 years. I just have a little bit of belly fat what I waned to get rid off ASAP and of course get my abs right. I couldn’t be bothered to go to the gym since all I wanna focus on now are my abs. I’ve been trying to find the perfect ab workout for me personally, and I always came back to this one. ANYWAY what I do is:
I really recommend to start of with cardio, doesn’t have to be long 10/20 minutes is perfect. I do the ‘VS model workout 10 min fat burning’ cardio first which makes me sweat a lot and ready for my actual workout. the first days of this workout KILLED me, like I literally couldn’t even get my legs up and down in the first seconds lmao, so I took a few seconds break durning every step to get myself through this workout lol. I truly was dead once I finished but was proud of myself for pushing thru. after about 4/5 days of doing this workout it literally gets so easy, your body basically gets used to the pain and you will be able to actually do this workout in 10 minutes without any breaks, for me personally the V-crunches and the side planks were super hard for me since you need full body strength for them but it gets easy after a few days + I do the russian twist with a 13pounds sport ball to make it harder. since yesterday so (day 7) it honestly got too easy for me I decided to add another workout of her to my routine to make progress go faster and to make it harder for myself which is the ‘9 exercises for a flat stomach workout’ also by her since her workouts are the best!!! you will see different really FAST if you work hard, keep going!!! and are motivated to not give up and of course eat healthy and drink loads of water. you can do it!! you can take 10/20 minutes out of your day to workout, it really will feel amazing once you finish.
what I eat for the people that wanna know::
I basically have been vegetarian all my life since the day I was born lmao so I don’t really know any better but cut the JUNKFOOD OFF!!!!!!!!! I know it’s hard since I used to eat so unhealthy when it comes to that typa food but it’s totally worth it. breakfast should be your biggest meal of your whole day since you will basically walk, and be active all day long so you will basically burn all those calories thru the day. for lunch I eat a vegan burger or fruit, just something that will fill my stomach. and then just dinner at night (before 7PM) and then after my workout which is around 8/9PM ill drink my protein shake or protein dessert with no sugar init. its just really important to NOT starve yourself out because, you cant starve yourself out forever which will make you fall back to your old eating habits, so make sure you eat enough and fill your stomach, just healthy and no junkfood :) I really didn’t changed my diet much since I really always have been eating healthy it’s just the junkfood that was really in my way. on sundays I cheat a little and have myself a chocolate bar or whatever I want lmao. and basically ONLY drink water!!! no juice or ‘healthy’ drinks since there are loads of sugars in there too. water will help you burn so fast + it’s amazing for your skin so I really recommend doing this. I hated all of this at first but I got used to it and I’m totally loving this healthy lifestyle now. it’s been 8 days and by doing all of this ^ you can already see such a big difference in my waist and the way my stomach forms itselfs and my belly got flatter. I’m going to keep doing this everyday and I’m super excited to see where my body will be at day 30 or something. I will keep y’all updated in the comments

it’s been 15 days now and I’m still going strong!!! I’m honestly shook with the transformation my waist + belly made in just 15 days. my stomach is literally almost fully flat and you can almost see my abs showing off. I’m not sure how many inches went off my waist but the difference is big!! I even got people telling me that i lost some weight. I truly recommend this workout if you’re looking to get your tummy flat in a short time (my problem was my lower belly fat) :)) and eating healthy ofc

I’ve been doing this workout along with the XHit butt blaster and XHit toned arms all by Rebecca-Louise everyday for 2 weeks now and I’m already super happy with the result!

anonymous kpopers It does! If you do it often=abs fast. If you do it once in a while=a little ab, and takes longer time. I do it 3 times a week, and can see the difference.

Oellia I do it every day or every other day but...no six pack. Also I limit my fatty/sugary food intake, still not really any results. I have the same lower belly fat I've had since I was young. Lol the struggles of someone with a slow metabolism...

It’s been 5 years and I have tried many other workouts after having success with this (the ones more trendy like Chloe, Pam) but this remains my favorite. It does not hurt my neck, elbow or legs as much, and the results are really clear and long lasting 💪🏻
I always come back to this video! It's her constant talking that pushes me through all these workouts.

Been doing this every other day for two weeks. Everyday I am getting better at abdomen workout. It is one of those things where I hate it but know it is good for me. I always save it for last after aerobics. Thank you for making it possible for me to continue. You enthusiasm makes it all doable.

I am going to start doing this workout twice everyday for 3 months and track my results as time passes. As of now I am physically fit with a decent amount of muscle definition. My goal is to stay in shape while I am out of sports. (A teenager) If you would like me to track my progress please like or comment so I know people would be interested. Jan 2nd ✔️ I loved the difficulty of the workout and how fast it seems to fly by. I feel the burn right away in not just my abs but also arms and legs! It was a little harder because I did the workout twice very close together in time. I think tomorrow I will complete them with a longer time gap In between .👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Jan 4 ✔️ I really spread out the workouts once in the morning and once at night which made it seem a lot less of a task to take on. It can get very frustrating during the ending planks to not just drop and give up. I just have to keep in mind the results of just doing this workout 3 days!! (6 sessions) for motivation 😍😍😍😍😍 I really want to know how this workout is going for others!! Is anybody else seeing great results????
I just came across this video again after like 6 years... it was one of the first I ever starting doing in my basement when I was super sick and weak. Eventually I moved from the basement to the gym, and now its 2020 and I've been weight lifting nearly every day for the 6 years since. I had no idea then that these little CZcams vids would be the start of a totally changed life. Honestly makes me a little emotional, lol.
Been doing this work out since 2016. Definitely still one of my most challenging workouts! However, the results are immaculate!

I feel the burn!!! My absolute favorite quick ab workout. LOVE IT!!!
I have been doing this every day with a few modifications (to increase the difficulty).
1. On the flutter kicks, I raise and lower my legs (I keep them mid-way for the scissor kicks)
2. On the Russian twists, I use a 5lb hand weight and I also lift my legs (so it's more like the V sit position)
3. on the side planks, I do hip dips rather than hold static
4. on the second round of leg lifts (first exercise) I add a little reverse crunch while my legs are in the air
I am 41 years old and my body looks better now than it ever did in my 20's! I wish I could post a photo here, I legit have 6 pack lines! Thank you for this workout, it's perfect!

When I started I couldn't even finish the first 5 minutes, but day after day I pushed myself to go a little bit longer and now I can do the whole thing. I'm a sweaty, heavy-breathing mess at the end but I can get through it xd

I've been doing this for about 2 months now and I can really see the difference and honestly there is nothing bad I can say about this. it is such an easy workout to do, although through the first few days or weeks it will be hard but your body just has to gt used to it. Also make sure you eat clean when your doing this because awokrout isn't going to do anything if your eating junk which you really don't need to eat. I did this two times a day and ate clean and I also made some detox water which really kept me away from snacking and I saw results within the first week I had lost 5 pounds and it gets so much easier within time and its so easy to find ten minutes in the day to do this workout. but I wouldn't reccomend anymore than working out 2 times a day because you could really hurt yourself an its just not good for you. Also make sure if your doing two workouts a day that you keep them pretty far apart from eachother, for example i do one in the morning and then one at night. but anyways this has helped me so much and I am so thnakful that I found this video.

+Meara Khanna you could also try some type of detox water which really helped me from wanting to snack! I know it sounds crazy but I made one and I really loved it and I no longer had the urge to snack at all
