Does anyone have any advice for lunges. My knees start to hurt when I continue to do workouts with lunges.(it’s mostly ok on the first few days but start hurting from day 3) I make sure my knees don’t go over my toes and I don’t think my form is too bad. What am I doing wrong?😂
Listen to your own body, since every body is different! So maybe don’t do lunges more than 2 days in a row and search for other alternatives if you want to work out your legs. I’ve got many leg and hips workouts on the floor and the impact is way less on your knees🙏🩷
