    Was it difficult and uncomfortable to do those exercises on the rocks? I think a smooth flat surface would have been better.

    Hi I'm a South indian teen girl I really want to lose weight but since I have my board exams I can't spend 1 hr or more for exercising so will this workout with your thigh 20 min workout will help me lose weight plus I also do skipping for 15 min and I also can't avoid rice or any other thing but I try to eat less . I'm asking you this question because I came across a lot of weight loss video but nothing helped me 😭 and make me insecure that my weight is 🧬 gene

      Height is genetic, so I can unfortunately not help you with that. But love your height, be confident and you will show off and that is much more worth than being tall!💓

      @@NinaDapper I just love ur workout i did your slim hip workout, thighs workout,waist and abs workout And they were very good And I believe a lot on you, I tried many workouts but no one was useful and I do daily abs workout, still no effect in my muffin top and love handles.

      @@naishakhan2494 you should focus on losing weight instead. Do some cardio and a slight calorie deficit. Then you can tone your stomach with her workouts.
