Love all the arm workouts with her. I have tried the 10 minute, 12 minute, 18 minute and 20 minute ones. They are effective and I appreciate the simplicity of the instructions. There isn't a lot of unnecessary chatter to deter you from the workout.

This is perfect! I sleep on my side and often my arms fall asleep at night and shoulders ache but when I do these exercises regularly this doesn't happen. This is also a perfect little routine to do while traveling, thank you!

@@dianechavez194 muscles need a rest day so you can do this workout 3x per week and the other days you can do another part of the body such as legs or abs!
