- Join me for a 12 minute BOOTY AND THIGHS WORKOUT with no equipment needed. This is a mat pilates inspired routine designed to target your glute muscles and outer and inner thighs. Intervals will be 50 seconds on and 10 seconds rest with some bonus 20 second intervals throughout. I've also added a quick glute stretch at the end. So let's get sculpting! đ xox Mik
