I went from a 26.5 waist to a 24 in a month. I did this exercise everyday plus jogged 3km 4-5 times a week. And now my abs are pretty visible, I even have prominent oblique lines! thank you so much Vicky

Giuly Askaril only once. Sometimes I did another ab workout of vicky’s along with this. Or Emi Wong’s lower ab workout along with this. That plus jogging plus eating healthy was more than enough

You should buy a pop socket. It helps a lot in balancing the phone and some wireless ear/headphones too. Easier to workout that way. 😄

It's gonna work if you put in the work. Not just do the reps, but working the muscles and paying attention to each movement and making each rep count. Consistency. And a healthy diet. Ginger helps debloat and make sure you get plenty of fiber to keep you regular forms flatter tummy too

@@aniyamaureen hello! So yes, I’m still alive. But, this workout didn’t seem to work much. I did it a month ago, and it still didn’t work :( . So I tried again, but no results. I was about to give up on my dream body!! Until, I found out about Jiny diet... I have no hip dips because of her, tiny waist because of her, small thighs because of her, light abs because of her, and im built like rosé (my dream body type) now!! You have to do some workouts for a week (7 days) or two weeks (14 days) I did all of them for a week but not at the same time, then I have everything I wanted! Plz do it!!

I've done this for 5 days straight, I'll keep updating when I feel like it.
*(01/10/19)* I'm doing one rep + another booty work out. Planning on adding one more, as I'm getting used to the workout. My waist is now *78 cm/30 inches*
*(01/14/19)* the workout got easier, tho I'm doing the plank twists on my knees, still burning kinda, probably not as effective.
*(01/22/19)* I'm doing everything, except for the plank hops because my legs just slip and I can't do them right. Instead, I managed to do the plank twists normally instead of on my knees, I'm getting stronger!!! Also, I'm doing this routine twice from now on.
***My waist has gotten 1cm smaller!! I'm at 77 now!!***
*(02/09/19)* Still doing this two times per day and I'm feeling great! I lost a little bit of weight because I got my calories right and I did some cardio this week. *I lost 2 kg since I started and got nearly 4 cm off my waist! I'm at 73.5/29 inches now!!* I'm so damn proud of myself!

I’m gonna start doing this and update everyday:
7/16/19- First day, the workout was of course very hard but I’m ready to continue every day.
7/17/19- Second day, the workout was a lot easier but haven’t seen any difference or lost any weight🤷🏾♀️.
7/18/19- Third Day, the workout is way easier to go through. I did this in the morning so that may be why I’ve lost 2 pounds. I can kind of feel the difference in my stomach😀.
7/19/19- Fourth day, I can start to notice that my waist is getting smaller. I’m going to keep updating:).
7/20/19- It was my b day so I did not get a chance for the workout....I’m starting again on the 21st
7/21/19- Today was a little harder since I skipped yesterday..I see a difference in my waist but not so much the flattness if my stomach.

Day 1: A little hard but if you just think about how much you want it and how much it’s worth you’ll get there. Did not see much change though.
Day 2: A little sore, but I got through the exercises anyway. Not very much change, but the exercises got easier.
Day 3: Exercises are wayyy easier, I can see a tiny bit of change; but not huge.
Day 4: cheat day!🥺💛
Day 5: Exercises were literally sooo easy, broke a tiny sweat. Other than that, yes I’m seeing change and I’m starting to become more confident! (I’m doing this for a summer body)

I’ve been doing this for about 2 and a half weeks and I am SEEING RESULTS!!! My waist was at 28 inches and the start and now it’s 24!!! Hella progress

I just wanted to post some real results from my workout.
I started the week before the Sunday just gone and did the workout once a day to prepare for my trip to italy. I started off with a 28" waist weighing 56kg and I am 160cm.
I've done the workout everyday except from last Thursday, Friday and Saturday so I did miss a bit.
It has been 11 days and I've been measuring my waist every morning and night.
After my work out I have gone from a highest of 28" to the lowest of 25.5", however I measured my lowest measurement in the morning so you're body is naturally skinnier in the morning. Despite this, a pattern I have noticed is that my morning measurement will be equal to my night time measurement the next day. So hopefully by tomorrow my waist should have shrunk a bit more. Also, I have noticed more tone in my stomach and two diagonal lines on my rib cage. Ps: my stomach is naturally flat but I want to get an hourglass figure by shrinking my waist. I still have a week before Italy so I will update on the progress I make. Hopefully 😂🤞

Alright! So it's the next day 23:55 and I've measured once again, my waist is definitely 25.5" now and is looking snatched. Also wanted to mention my weight has dropped to 55kg but that might just be water weight. Also! Just pointing out, I used to have violin shaped hips that were accentuated by my love handle which have now smoothed out into a rounded more curvey shape which I'm hyped about. I'm about to do the workout again and I'll get back to you guys when I next see a change xx

if ur wondering, i did two to three ab workouts a day and started eating a little healthier. i downloaded ‘my plate’ which is a calorie counting app just to make sure i wasnt over eating. my diet is still healthy and im not starving myself :)

update: it's been about three days since I continued doing my workouts, and I went up to 149 bc I didn't do it for like four days, but I went back on it and I am down to 145 1/2!
update #2: it's been about 2 days, I've lost about 10 ounces, but it still works for me!!

Brie Yela oh me too, it’s been so hard to take out time to exercise or to just get up and do it. I’ve also never stuck to working out consistently so I’m scared it won’t last
I've been doing this along with one of Xhit Daily's vids (10 min abs) every other day. My favourite from this video is the plank twist, love the feeling of tightening up the sides of my waist. I can't say my results are solely from this video, but I'll tell you I have toned up a lot in the past 2 months, recently I am really starting to see that V shape, so satisfying! My advice to people watching these short vids for workouts - don't just do 10 mins a day or every two days and expect it to work wonders. It will all work a lot faster and more affectively if you do it 2 times a day or once every day of the week. It would just be 20 minutes out of your day, not a lot to ask if you want abs in return.

I'm going to be doing this for a few weeks
Day 1: This workout was kinda hard but I got through it
Day: 2 I did the whole workout again but obviously no change yet
Day 3:I feel my sides getting tighter and they look a bit smaller
Day 4: My sides are definetly smaller and way more tight!!!
Day 5: My sides used to touch my arms when my arms were straight by my sides and now it doesnt!!! ( That might sound weird but I might have not explained it very well,, they have just gotten a lot smaller)
Gurl it doesn't sound weird I've been working out for half a year and after I read your message I noticed that mines sont touch my arms either. I mean Ik my waist got smaller I just never thought of it the way you did. Also congrats great work.

I've been doing this for a week and I'm seeing a difference already!! My stomach is getting more hourglass/tiny but I haven't seen as much flatness as I would like yet but I do need to change my eating habits. Anyways if you were wondering this works!!

I swear by this workout I have never seen such great results in such a small amount of time it took me 3 days to start seeing results I have now done this workout for 2 weeks doing it one day then one day and I’m going to continue to do this workout for a month I have the 11 line now and an hourglass shape if your thinking abt trying this workout definitely do it

I do:
30 sec plank then
20 plank twists
and 20 hip raises
And repeat it all 3 times on top of my regular workout routine
I have tried a lot of her other workouts but I'm only doing those three for now since I haven't been doing my workouts as often and I need small stuff to start out with and then I'll work my way up. Those exercises target the areas where I have problems and want to tone more such as my "love handles" and lower abs and just doing that for about a week has given me crazy results! Her workouts are realistic and effective which is hard to find. Sorry if this is long but I hope it helps!! 😜

I love this work out so much! Thank you so much for sharing this I recently started working out and I tried other workouts and didn’t feel anything in my abs just little rendition but after I do this work out my stomach becomes solid like a rock I feel the burn all day and the next day! Again thank you so much!!!
I already had an okay waist but this gave me a literal snatched waist and flat stomach with a little abs and I wouldn’t even bloat love this😭 after I stopped doing it for two weeks the results started going away so I’m back here and I’m gonna try doing this a least 3 times a week from now on:) tysm
