First time watching her videos and i loved how she stoped when she was tired and didn't forced herself. Also this hsows to everyone of us that it's okay to stop for a little bit when you are tired

I’m 22 weeks pregnant. I worked out with Vicky a lot before I conceived but have missed her! This workout was PERFECT for me (I have my docs permission of course, and modified the twists). I’ll definitely be using her app to help me shed some of this weight and feel great after I have my sweet girl!
