I love Chloe Ting’s workout, but this workout just makes me feel better and a lot more motivated. There’s no music, no distractions, and just her doing the workout with me, and struggling like me in a way. It’s just more fun, because I can see that she struggles as well, and it doesn’t make me feel bad about myself. But that’s just me :)

Watch her video and just think of tucking your hips and belly button up and inward if standing. Squeeze and hold 30-60sec It’s easiest to do on the ground. Think of pushing your hips and belly in and down to the ground

I've been doing this challenge, I'm on day 11 right now and at the start of this challenge, I was a 26.5-inch waist. now I'm at 25inchs. my goal is to have a 24inch waist. Also, I will be posting a video on my channel about my progress doing this challenge once it's over. Thank you, Vicky. This truly works you guys!!!
Edit: so I did this workout and lost like 3 pounds in 15 days, I eventually gave up after that, but I felt so good though. Going this work out was fun and engaging and it didn't feel like it was a chore or obstacle. I'm going to give this workout another shot and do it for the full 21 days, instead of 15. But I am proudly a 25 inch waist right now, which is 1.5an inch off🤩. Like this or comment to motivate me, hopefully by ending of July the video should be posted on my channel. I love how this video has exercises that target the inner core and not the obliques. The secret to a tiny waist exercise routine is more inner core exercises and less oblique exercises! (Not saying oblique exercises are bad tho, you should do them, but just not as much as these kind of exercises she's doing)

yess if you do want to work on your obliques than i suggest going to chloe ting! i used her exercises for and hourglass but just got more of a body shape so if that’s your goal do chloe tings exercises!
What exactly is the inner core muscle? Never heard of that term. Do you guys mean the tranverse abdominal muscle ?
i’ve been doing her waist workouts for a month and when i tell you the difference is HUGE im not even exaggerating, i don’t even get bloated after eating

when i do workouts during period it just increases the blood flow & worsen the situation so ive stopped working out during that time :(

Maybe this is the comment you were looking for 💕 I have been doing this workout 5 days per week (plus swimming 3 hours per week) for like almost a year now, and let me tell you this is the best workout I tried it is very complete. For waist I started with 31 inches (78cm) and now my waist measures 25 inches (65cm), I don’t have abs but they are toned (which is perfect since that was what I was looking for). Thank you so much in case you are reading Vicky! ❤️❤️❤️ you really made me feel confident with my body 💕

Okie dokie I'll be doing the 21 day tiny waist challenge!
Waist measures: 26 inches (in the morning) 27 inches (bloating)
I'll be running 2x a week and drinking lots of water to reduce bloating.
I'm starting this workout on Thursday because I need to rest my muscles from the other workouts I've done
edit: im really sorry, i was supposed to do it today but i ended up getting a buttload of school. but im not kidding when i say i will be doing this tomorrow morning. i'll get up at 6 am to do this.
WEEK 1: FINISHED!!
Friday: Okay today's workout was pretty hard on some parts. It burned a looottt but your girls dedicated so yeah. Stomach vacuum's was a little bit hard but it takes practice.
Saturday: Today was a really good workout. Burned quite a bit, I decided to eat breakfast before working out because it'll burn calories more. I might go for a run today too :) got a lot of energy and I'm feeling good good about it!
Sunday: Okay today was a bit more chill, more of a resting day. I did stomach vacuums and a 7 minute lazy workout. I didn't go for a run yesterday but I do plan on it today if I have time. I'm not seeing results yet considering the fact that this is only day 3. I do plan on getting more healthier and reducing portions of food to help. Drinking lots of water reduces bloating so that's good haha
Monday: Alrighty, did it at night this time around. I couldn't do all the workouts (especially kick sits) but I finished strong!. Ate smaller portions today (without meaning too haha) So yeahhh, we goin on strong.
Tuesday: Today's workout really burned my arms and legs. Vacuums work well haha. Oh i forgot to mention, my waist at the beginning of quarantine was actually 30 inches. I've always worked out during this time (on and off) but I was never able to get abs. So yeah, just wanted to put that there :)
Wednesday: Okay today I did a different workout for the abs of this challenge (10 min beginner ab workout pamela reif) and the cardio of course. It's all been working pretty well. I notice that my stomach is getting flatter kind of. I'll go for a run today! I definitely will!
Thursday: I said I would go for a run yesterday but I didn't because 1. I was studying 2. I had to go to the store at the time I would normally run and then came home late. I think I should just start running in the morning from now on. Okay, today is a rest day, watched a couple videos on carbs, healthy habits, and healthy snacking. Now, I'll get a full bottle of water and drink it until it it 12:30 then I will refill the water. By the way guys, my stomach is getting flatter which is good!
WEEK 2
Friday: Okay today's workout was pretty good and burnnedd. I did change the ab workout to the pamela reif ab workout cus tbh her ab workouts are the only workouts that buuuurrrnnnn. I'm slowly getting better at vacuums, I do it like 3-4 times for 30 secs after a workout and i'll do it a couple times through out the day.
Saturday: Today's leg workout didn't burn too much, considering the fact that I do already workout before I just don't have abs which is weird. It's a good workout today though!

EDIT: I had a bit of a fallout with working out, and I felt like this program wasn't really doing anything or burning. But I can sa that it is a good channel and some exercises really work. Stomach vacuums really helped my abs show a bit! Go try it!

day one: (haven’t done it yet so brb) wooo i finished and it was pretty easy and i enjoyed :D i struggled on planks tho so i did only one minute yeyeyeeyey
day two: why is working out lowkey fun now FHSJJD i got an ad halfway through so i enjoyed that ✨✨ again i was only able to do one minute of planks 😔
day three: my legs were lowkey shaking so much today omfg i struggled but it’s getting easier, i sadly had to skip planks cause i was shaking so much sOoO yeah

day five: it’s getting easier, also decided to add this thigh workout so wOoO
day six: i was in pain the entire day i couldn’t do anything oops
day seven: still was in pain and was vEry sore so took another break

I tend to feel bad about taking breaks during some reps but seeing that you do it as well and are still in amazing shape makes me feel better. Also I love that your workouts include extra movement instead of a typical hip bridge where I’m sitting still waiting for time to go by, you raise your knees as well so that’s my new the focus instead of counting down the time. I did this everyday for 2 months and did a mile on the elliptical and I lost 15 pounds. I did change my diet a little but not drastically. A HUGE difference in my waist, even slimmer arms. This is week two of me starting it again :)

@@ashadalidakis I mean the not stopping in workouts could just be that Chloe took multiple takes on the video so it could be good, she has higher fitness/endurance levels, or her workouts simply don't burn enough for her to take breaks. there's a lot of factors and a lot of other youtubers are the same, so it doesn't necessarily mean that they're fake
I finally found a workout that motivates me and not give up ! Vicky work out are in tense and actually will see results ! I have done one with small waist and results came right away ! Keep it up girl appreciate that you help everyone with these workouts

Nope I have that and it’s actually a sign of an anterior pelvic tilt. It can lead to back problems so maybe just make sure you pelvis is in the correct place!
you should try to not lower your legs that much . This helped me

I thought it might’ve been just having a deep back arch cause same but it really helps trying to tilt your hips up almost like a thrust if you wanna have your back flat on the floor when doing certain ab workouts or butt bridges and stuff like that👍🏻💛

Just started this today, can't wait to add it to my daily routine ❤️🙌
I have been looking all over CZcams and trying various workouts and channels. While I did give them a decent go, I didn’t have any motivation at all, half way through each exercise I gave up, sat and watched until the next move. A couple of years ago, I was actually subscribed to Vicky on another account. Due to me getting a new email and stuff blah blah blah. I have recently rediscovered Vicky and I no joke was sat there in my bed listening to your top tips and went “wait a minute, you look awfully familiar...” then Vicky said *stomach vacuums* and I instantly remembered.
Fast forward to today, after saving some of Vicky workouts to a playlist, I decided to give them a go, and let me tell you, I have finally found my hommeeeee!! As I was doing the workouts, I was struggling a little bit, but I looked up at my screen to find Vicky struggling with me. When I saw that she pushed herself to carry on I did too. I honestly feel like I’m working out with my best friend! I feel at ease with these videos, especially when Vicky’s words of motivation are so genuine, compared to other channels when they are working out so easily without even breaking a sweat, telling me that I can do it whilst I’m sat on the floor.
Today I actually completed 3 workouts start to finish, and I was actually smiling through it. I now have a big smile on my face (as cringey as that sounds) and feel so proud.

Omg this has been on my watch later for MONTHS but I finally did it and I’m going to try doing it twice a day everyday.

I did the Chloe Ting hourglass challenge, and my waist lost all of its shape :/ I definitely saw definition in my abs, but I do agree with what others are saying and that she does too many oblique exercises. I've been using this video (and one of Vicky's other ab videos) for about 2.5 weeks, and can already see a bit of a difference! I've gotten some shape back, and you can feel your core engaged a lot more with Vicky's videos! (keep in mind I still do cardio everyday to lose the stubborn fat). I'm going for an hourglass figure, so I still use chloe's glute vids w/ resistance bands.
That's why I noticed after doing her workout my body shape changed. So, I decided to stop.

Omg! I love this workout. She keeps you motivated the whole way through! I also love how creative this workout is. I do other workout videos and all the excerisies in this video I have never done before, its a nice change and adds some variety! KEEP IT UP

Destiny Burciaga she’s said in a video before that they’re best done at different times. You’re supposed to be in a caloric deficit for ab challenges/ fewer calories than you’re burning so you can lose stubborn tummy fat. For the booty you’re supposed to be in a caloric surplus so you can gain weight in the booty💪🏻 Definitely do some ab workouts in the same workout if you start with a booty challenge first. Hope this helps!
