so i started 2 days ago and decided to comment tdy (3rd day). IM NOT GONNA GIVE UP:
starting waist: 28.5
starting weight: 54 kgs
DISCLAIMER: im not doing the hip raises, i didnt see them after pasting the workout onto notes so basically i dont do them.
day 1: not that hard but i was sweaty. i felt a bit dizzy (this happens all the time when i workout btw) waist: 28.5 in. sets: 2. weight: 54.05 (i ate a lot and got rlly bloated)
day 2: woke up without being sore. planks were as hard as the first day. noticed my bloating go a bit down. waist: nth much changed maybe like less than 0.1 inch. sets: 2. weight: 54.
day 3(tdy): im a bit sore around my lower abs area. planks were SO much easier. my arms felt rlly strong (my arms are rlly weak naturally bc i dont drink milk whatsoever and im a picky eater. waist: 27.4!! sets: 2 (gonna do the 3rd after lunch) weight: 53.40 :p.

No it’s actually crazy how much this works, I used to try Chloe ting workouts or litterally anything I could find, but i did this for 2 days and ALREADY saw results. I’m going to continue, and it’s in my daily routine now. I don’t think there’s anything that can top this workout. I’m the kindof person that quits after one day but this is too good to quit. This is what you’re missing.

guys this workout really does work. I didn't go on a diet or anything of the sort and I lost so much from my waist in just a week. I even have pictures as proof and it is unbelievable. I stopped doing it because life happened, but now I'm ready to get back into it. The beginning will always be hard, but remember to not give up!

for anyone thinking of doing this do it! I did it for 2-3 times a day for a week it’s been three weeks and I lost 3 inches I was at 36 inches to a 33 inches it works , I was on a diet too I just ate no bread or pasta, since it has so much fat! I weight 170 now I weight 158 in a month. My body is curvy so I give me more of a hourglass body. ;3

For anyone wondering if this works.... It does!!! I was skeptical because my waist always looked so boxy and I thought all it really came down to was body shape. I only did this on and off 4 times (busy with school) and I was looking at myself in the mirror today and my waist legit looks like an hour glass. I have a define waist now!! +Cyu Hen I´m happy for you :). I wanna tell you a secret, you had in the past a hourglass shape too, you can´t change your bone structure. Just an exemple If you´re born with a apple figure you will never can get a pear figure, because your bone structure isn´t made to have a pear figure. Many girls don´t understand it. Anyways, I´m glad it worked out for you (sorry for my bad englisch)

I did this workout 3 times a day for 3 days and I lost 2 inches off my waist, 1 inch off my belly, and 1 kgs of weight.
Here's a sample of what my diet looked like:
Breakfast - 1 slice of toast, 2 eggs, 1-2 fruits of choice
Snack 1 - Popcorn, fruit
Lunch - 1/2 cup of rice with lentils
Snack 2 - Cucumber, low calorie protein bar
Dinner - 1-2 thin flatbread + Eggs and sauteed veggies
Drinks - Black coffee / Green Tea / Watermelon juice
sounds delicious but please make sure you’re eating enough! If you’re under 1200 calories a day that isn’t a sustainable amount and you’ll end up both ruining your metabolism and gaining it all back. Wish you luck! ❤

Not that anyone’s asking, but when I first wanted to try this workout, I was looking for results(that were realistic). So being the lazy person that I am, I wanted to try this but instead of doing it 3x a day, I did it only once, so I started seeing results on the 5th day, but it was minor😕. So then I started to do it 3x a day, and wowwwwww😫 I 13/10 recommend this. I wasn’t really looking for anything until I saw my waist and stomach in the mirror and OKURRRRRRR👀. This also cleared up my skin hella, drinking water and eating healthy are the main things you needa do. Hope this helps, good luck💗💖💕

This 100 percent works! I don't ever comment on CZcams videos, but this works like crazy!!! I just doubled what she said for a week, and I looked so much skinner in just a week!!! works like a charm. this is my go to work out .i started younger ,5years from now(2024) im now post partum and it's really helping me getting my waist back. though my core is much weaker now ,im still able to do it though at a slower pace.....but really this work out works..quick and efficient

I’ve been doing this workout going on 4 years and it’s definitely one of the most effective workouts you really have to do it right and use your muscles like she’s saying you have to strain them

Day 2: same as day 1 but almost a little bit easier...no progress will show clearly (at lead for me)
Day 3: got the whole exercise memorized and it’s way easier by a lot... Skip to day 5.... : I started seeing my waste actually getting smaller and the workout gets easier

Omg this worked so well! I did this workout with 30 mins of cardio for a few weeks and dropped 10lbs! My waist is also so slim! I totally recommend this, I saw results so quickly.

@@Jasmin-sm7bl I have a trampoline in my backyard so I jumped on that for some time. But since its getting colder now I have a stationary bike in my house that I ride on. But tbh biking outside or running on a treadmill would also work too.

2.5 weeks of doing this daily, eating well, and doing the Lumowell Pilates app, and I've lost one kilo and SIX INCHES off my waist. I definitely recommend this workout.

But I am doing the work out 2 to 3 times a day, And today my waist looks smaller, my jeans are a little looser and I have definition in my abs. I’m not even kidding. I am stunned!! Before: 67 cm waist
Day 1: 👊 it did hurt while I was doing it but when I finished, the hurt went away
I had a little cheat meal last late night, so there’s no results at all
Day 2: 👊 woke up and no sore in my abs, I was very bloated because of my cheat meal last night
Day: 3 👊 woke up and my waist is 61cm, but I think it is just in the morning. I’m used to get bloated easily, so May be I need more than 3 days. However, this exercise gets easier, and I very enjoy it
Ok so after the workout in the afternoon my waist is 64cm, quite insane.
It’s been months since I last workout, I’ve gained 4kg during the past time because I was positive to Covid, I cannot even move so I bloated a lot and I eat a lot. Now I’ll start all again. I’ll do it twice a day, and I drink green tea 1 hour prior to the workout for better results.

i have that problem too, i think you just need to be focused on it.. it works for me so i don't know, just imagine how things will be if you workout like slimmer waist or toned body, and remember that if you eat junk food, it may cause a big tummy or deceases. just work on yourself, i think it will help
i've tried multiple different ab workouts, this one had the fastest and the best results. I've went from kpop idol routines, to popular influencer routines, but this one is the best, and thats an understatement

I do it x3 times a day and my waist is getting slimmer unlike the other over the top and extremely hard exercises on CZcams this one is faster, more effective and only focuses on your stomach. If you guys really do want a small waist this is what you need 😉.

i remember i used to do this exercise back 2017/2018 and after 3-4 days i already noticed the difference! 2 sets everyday plus other waist exercises plus eating oatmeals and fruits every breakfast and dinner. now im going back here again

I remember doing this workout years ago and how it gave me results. It was one of the first workouts I ever stuck to, and Vicky was the first "fitness influencer" I ever fell in love with. Going back to it gives me such nostalgia, and it feels like such a classic haha!

Your neck isn't really supposed to hurt. Make sure that you engage your abs and allow your neck to loosen up :)

I seen many of her updated videos similar to this one, but for some reason this one just hits the spot for me. After my 1 month postpartum weight I started doing this workout for month w/ vacuum I swear my waist went down 2-3 inches. I stopped for some reason but I’m going at it again. I can’t wait to get back in shape.

This is my go-to ab workout. It’s so quick, thorough, and you can do it every day. I’ve done it so much that I only need to watch the video if I’ve gone a couple weeks. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to keep in shape, but have issues with time limitations or a short attention span.

i watched a girl to this but she did it 3 times for 3days so i thought i have to do it 3 times and i was dying but its my 3rd day and i've lost 5cm off my waist so ill continue doing this 3times, ladies everyone is different so u might not loose 5cm in 3 days KEEP IN MIND I DID THIS 3TIMES WITHOUT STOP, I ATE HEALTHY AND IM DOING OTHER WORKOUTS but those are for thigh gaps anyways good luck girls and boys
This definitely works, I've been doing this workout for a while now and results are indeed there!
It's a pretty short workout as well unlike many others and therefore easy to be consistent with and to make it a routine!

I'm a guy and to be honest I usually watch Vicky's videos because she's so gorgeous. I actually tried this one though for my abs and it was damn effective. My whole mid-section was on fire.

Vicky Justiz your the bestt I didn't expect results that fast I did this workout three times a day and I started on Monday I think and literally on the 3rd day I already saw results but now it's Thursday and the results are literally soo crazyy this workout saved my life and it's not to long or to short and it's a really quick workout you can just do at home, I've always had an hour glass figure but it wasn't as noticeable so I wanted to enchant it and it worked! I hope everyone here get some great results
this workout is INCREDIBLE! I’ve only been doing it for 3 days and I already see results! It’s a pretty easy workout too! (For me, at least.) the first day I did it 2 times, the second day I did it 3 times, and yesterday I only did it once. I haven’t been very careful with what I’m eating, either. I don’t eat fast food or drink coffee, but other that that I just eat what I want. (Within reason.) anyway, this workout really does work, and I think everyone should try it!

Side crunches-20 on each side
30 Knee to elbow crunches in plank position
30 Hip raises- legs up- do more if possible
*repeat 3 times*
-Yes in one go (if you can) and nothing is stoping you from doing more than 3 sets. It may seem hard but if you can do it once you can do it 3 times in 24 hours, then start to join up each set. If you can do 3 sets comfortablely, do more if you are comfortable you're not working hard enough. :]

y’all i promise vicky has great workouts this was the first one i did and i saw changed in 3 days , i was like wtf now my tummy is flatter i’ve been doing this for months now but i stop then i go back and my shit is getting kinda chubby but i started doing her workouts again. i promise you won’t regret just focus on ur tummy while working out and know that it’ll all be worth it ,

Crizza Belle I would do it for 2 rounds like replay the video again 1 mintue after you finished it. and it’ll be like 3-4 days in a week , once a day but 2 rounds of that makes sense .

-Yogurt and Chia seeds are now your best friend
-This will hurt like hell, stretch before hand
-HEALTHY MEALS!
-Incorporate cardio in with your workout
-Don't forget to breathe, it's helpful

This workout is definitely helpful, I’ve been doing this for around 2 weeks! I took a 3 day break though, kinda regretting it. One downfall is that this exercise did help my waist get slimmer, just in the areas I didn’t really want it too. Like the area above my thighs is really small but it’s not noticeable with clothes on. Definitely works just not noticeable when I wear clothes.
I do 5 stomach vacuum reps and do this video about 2-3 rounds and I’ve seen AMAZING RESULTS!! Due to genetics I’ve always already had a close hour glass figure but not completely to my liking, and this helped it a lot! thank you so much!!
I’m lazy af so I knew I wasn’t going to do all 3 sets so I just tripled every workout 😭 and after a week I can honestly say Vicky is a miracle worker she should be getting just as much praise as Chloe cus chloe helped me get rid of these pounds but Vicky had me Snatched
